Cuphead's Relative (Devil x Reader)

Ch. 16: Marriage

Five days go by. Today is the day you'll be marrying the Devil. It'll actually be around the evening when you become his wife. His queen. And you'll be sharing the same room afterwards. Since you've had your own for a brief time while down there.

You're in your room right now. You've got your dress on. It's a long black wedding dress. Black since you are in the underworld and white would not fit down there. It was alright with you, though. It was a nice dress.

You're sitting there as your mom helps you get ready. Your radio is playing No More Tears by Ozzy Osbourne. Your mom's doing your hair. She's poofing your bangs a bit to look nice. Your hair's up.

You say, "Thanks for doing my hair, mom." She says, "(Y/N). You're my kid. My only child. This is a happy day for me as well, kid. My daughter's getting married." You say, "I've always wanted you to be in it. I wish dad was too, but he... he died." 

She says, "He'd be proud of you. Marrying the Devil or not, he wanted to see you with somebody. Walk you down the aisle to get you to your husband to be." She gets your hair done and you turn to face her. The next song to play is Man in the Box by Alice in Chains. You sing to it a bit. She says, "Yeah. Good band, huh kid?" You look at your mom. 

She says, "Man, you've gotten so pretty. You always have been, but you've grown into a swan, kid. You even had that Stickler guy trembling for you after you showed him your cleavage that day." 

You say, "I had to get him off of Devil's back for a bit. But then again, he wasn't lying about me losing my demonic appearance if the Devil and I weren't married in a week. My horns are shrinking until I'm married. And poor Henchman doesn't want to see me go. He's grown on me. Nobody should hurt him... and I'll make sure of it, myself." You have that expressionless look on your face as you say that last part kind of darkly.

She says, "I can tell that you really care about the Devil's henchman. Because of you kid, he now knows what he should have known centuries ago. The whole birds and the bees." You say, "But he really did need to know. He had no idea why I was naked with the Devil that one night. Devil had to explain all of it to him." 

She says, "Stand up for me, would you?" You say, "Okay." You stand up. She says, "The body I wish I had again. Being a middle aged mom whose been in prison for a while does not keep you hot, kid. I'll tell you that. You're gorgeous. Perfect. The dark lord himself was bound to choose you, anyhow. He knows you've got a dark side. You love rock and metal music. You love his evil side as well. Normal for him. He is the Devil, after all. You're what he was looking for. Bright side is kid... you're a queen in a few hours." 

You say, "Either way, I'm with him." She says, "Looks like you're ready. Come on." You smile and you say, "Okay." You and your mom walk out of what will be the last time to have your own room. Once you're married to the Devil, you share his room with him. And since you will be his wife and the queen of the underworld.

Moments later, you're down in a big room. Fire is around. The decor is demonic seeing that it is Hell. And you are marrying the Devil, himself. Then again, you have been secretly lusting over him for several years until you revealed to him that you have.

Your mom knew all along. And Dice, despite still lusting over you is happy for you and the boss to be married. Doesn't stop him from checking you out, though. You're that pretty and Dice has the hots for you.

The one to marry you guys off will be Henchman. You're standing and facing the Devil right now. He's facing you. He's in a white tux shirt. (Kind of like the one he wore as he sang his song in the show.) Your mom, grandpa Cuphead, great uncle Mugman and your friend Porkchop made it. It didn't matter to Cuphead that you were marrying the Devil. He just wanted to be there for you. Besides, he knew everyone on the surface would be safe from the Devil's wrath, now.

But for some reason, no Marcy Stageplay. Yet, Cagney's grandson Simon is there. But not Marcy. He just told you she got sick and couldn't come. Understandable. You did call her right before the wedding to say, "Get well soon." She replied with, "Yeah. Thanks." And let out a couple of coughs before hanging up. Little were you aware, your mom suspected something about the phone call.

Right now, you and the Devil are facing each other. Henchman is standing right by you guys and saying this, "Tonight... the boss and lady are to be married for this unholy occasion. A great night for the two." 

You look at the Devil and you whisper, "You look great in that white tux." He chuckles and he whispers, "I could rip that dress right off of you right now.~" You blush and you smile. Dice hears this and he thinks to himself, "I wish. She is fine.~" 

Cuphead is sitting in the audience with his daughter and brother. He sighs and he says, "So long as she's happy, I am too." Your mom says, "It's all good, dad. She's been thirsting over the man for years." Cuphead looks at her and says, "She what?" Your mom shrugs and looks ahead. Cuphead just sighs and faces the front.

It gets to the part where Henchman says, "If anyone has any objections, speak now or forever keep your trap shut. Uh, I didn't write this part, by the way." Devil says, "Nope... I did that part." Nobody says anything. You smile. The Devil grins. Henchman says, "I now dub the two of them... Devil and wife. Uh, congrats boss. You may kiss your bride now." 

You lean in and you wrap your arms around the ruler of the underworld. Devil has the half-lidded eyes and he grins and says, "My queen.~" You say, "Ol' Scratch.~" He kisses you and you kiss him back. There's cheering. 

Your female imp friend Nelly blushes and whispers, "That's kind of hot." Rudy leans in towards her and he grins and says, "Wanna do something hot for ME, toots?~" He wiggles his brows. She shoves him away and says, "Shut it, you weasel. We ain't even dating, anymore."  

You and the Devil pull away and he grins and says, "Finally. I have you as my queen. And any moment now, your horns will grow back to what I've made them." You say, "Oh?" You feel your horns growing a bit more and the audience gasps. The ones from upon the surface, that is. 

Devil grins and says, "Your horns and your eyes are back to the way I've made them. One thing I did agree with Stickler on. Within a week, you'd be back to your surface dweller self, permanently. Now you're a demon, permanently after marrying me." Henchman smiles as he sees you back in your demonic form.

Cuphead sighs and smiles saying, "So long as (Y/N)'s alive and well, I'm happy." He looks at your mom and says, "Hannah. Any reason you're staying down here, sweetheart?" She says, "To stay out of trouble with the law and be in prison for the rest of my life, so I made a deal with the Devil... or my son-in-law to stay down here to avoid all of that." 

Cuphead says, "Well... At least you're around (Y/N), now." Your mom says, "Yeah." You and the Devil step down and you walk down the aisle and out of the big room. Everyone looks at you guys. Henchman is following behind. 

Your mom smirks and whistles saying, "Way to go, my little queen! You're a married woman, now!" Mugman says, "I'm gettin' quite thirsty now." Cuphead says, "Well, brother... There's bound to be some wine at the reception." Everyone gets up and walks out of there.

As your mom, grandpa and great-uncle walk out they hear this, "Hello there." They look and Cuphead and Mugman see a familiar dice headed man. Cuphead says, "Wait a minute. I know ya... You're King Dice!" Mugman says, "I suppose you work for the Devil still, huh? Thought you was dead." 

Dice grins and says, "I was, but I came back. Got my soul out of the vault and into the reviving fountain. Here I am. Alive and young again." Mugman says, "So uh, what did you think of the wedding, huh? I think it went well, considerin' my great niece is married to the Devil, now." 

Dice grins and says, "Oh, indeed it went well. I've got plans of my own. A little deal with the big man, himself. Only if he accepts it. Let's just say if he does, I'll be one happy man." Cuphead says, "Yeah? Well, good luck with it. You may work for him, but he'll turn on you, too." 

Dice says, "Don't worry about me. I can assure you, I'll be alright. Enjoy the reception, you three." Your mom says, "Sure thing, Dice." They walk off. Dice stands there and he grins and says, "My plan... is to have at least one night with the Devil's wife. One night. Anything to have (Y/N) close to me.~" He walks to the reception with the others.
