"Why did it have to be her? You know that i don't like her Charles." I heard my boyfriend's mom scolding Charles as he brought me into their house. I never expected for this to happen, it broke my heart knowing that my boyfriend's mom doesn't like me
"Mom i love Christine. Please let me love her." Charles tried to reason out to his mother but it was no use.
"No Charles. I like your ex more. Marie's better than her. I don't like her. Break up with her." His mother said before she left leaving me a crying mess and Charles looked at me and told me that he's gonna fight for me no matter what happen.
"Love don't worry. I'll make mom like you, please stay with me." He assured me
"Are you sure? It looked like your mom really hates me. I didn't even do anything.. i guess she just like your ex more." I said crying
"Don't worry. Everything will be fine. Just please stay with me." He said and i nodded trusting his words.
These past few days things have been going bad. Charles kept his words that he's gonna make his mom like me, he's working on it rights now, it's just hard cause his m really like his ex more.
"Love? Do you really think, she'll like me?" I asked him again unsure if his mom will still like me
"Of course love. She will. Just trust me okay? I love you" he said and kissed me
"I love you too, love" i said
He's still working things with his mom, unfortunately his dad came home and seems like he doesn't like me too. Great first his mom now his dad, what could be worst.
His dad wants him to avoid me. He told me that it'll be fine. It's just gonna be few days and he'll be back. 3 days and all of this will be okay.
"Im trusting you on this Love. Please come back to me." I said then left him
Im still thinking about him since im worried.
3 days. 3 days have past yet still he hasn't come back. I tried chatting him or calling him no replies.
I tried to go to his house asking his maids where is he.
"Hi aunt Miranda, by any chance do you know where Charles is?" I asked her maid and she told me something that broke my heart
"Oh Charles? He's with Marie right now, I'll tell him you stopped by." she said with a smile.
No.. no this can't be right? He loves me.. no..
After that day, I'm still trying to contact him, finding answers if his maid told me the truth or she just told me that so that i won't disturb him.
And this day has come. I finally got to talk to him.
"Love. Love i missed you. I missed you so much" i said and hugged him and i tried to kiss him but before it happen he pushed me away
I was shocked.
"Why did you push me? Don't you miss me? Love it's been 2 weeks since we didn't saw each other. You said it'll be only 3days." I asked him.
"Christine.. we need to stop. Marie.. she came back, in that 2 weeks i've been with her. I never expected that my feelings would come back. Im sorry Tine.. i really am. I tried my best to make them like you but instead, they won. They won in convincing me to leave you. Im sorry tine. I really am. Im sorry. I loved you. But now, i love Marie again." His words broke my heart
'I loved you' that sentence broke every piece of me.. the man that i loved left me.
I guess it's the end for the two of us.. yea. They won. They always will.. I love you Charles, i always will.
