Here we can see that kaira and their lawyer were discussing something about the case .

Aditya and keerti was in support of kaira and they have returned to India

Aditya :: kartik  hume balloon wale se baat karni chaiye thi , mohan naam tha uska .

Kartik : ha jiju hume ab or der nahi karni chahiye ab jald se jald trisha ko insaaf dilna hai or luv kush ko jail bhejvana hai

Aditya:: haa kartik chalo hum mohan ke ghar jate hai or sach ka pta lagate hai . Naira tum aur miss (lawyer) aap log Ghar
Jaiyega or kishu mishu (kaira's twin daughters) ka dhyan rakhna or kisi bhi tarah ki clue mailta hai to please batna jarur.

Naira :: ji jiju or kartik please tum aapna dhyan rakhna kisi bhi problem me mat padna or 1- 1 ghante pe call karte rehna ok please kartik be safe .

Kartik: ok Jaan me promise karta hu ki me aapna dhyan rakhunga per tumhe bhi aapna or baccho ka dhyan rakhna padega.
Promise me ki tum time pe Sara kaam karogi.
Or baccho ka bhi dhyan rakhogi

Naira :: ok kartik . Bye jiju, bye kartik

After 2 mintue of eyelock of kaira . they all left for there work

Naira and miss parul (lawyer) left for home and kartik and Aditya left for Mohan's house

After reaching home it's already 2 hour had gone and kartik had called her updated her about the case info.

Here we can see kartik and Aditya were outside of Mohan's house near tea stall drinking their respective tea .

But all of sudden mohan came outside of the house running and panting heavily and he was crossing the road but kartik had only see that truck is coming at very high speed. Towards mohan so kartik thought that he can push mohan to save him but unfortunately kartik got hit by that truck and mohan was saved .

Aawaz sunke Aditya bhi waha pucha to usne dehka ki. Kartik's head  was bleeding and both leg were also drenched by blood .

Here in goenka villa
Naira was walking here and there with high speed and was tensed because it's been more than 2 hour since kartik had called her last time .

She was happy as kartik's call was coming she picked it up and

Naira :: hello kartik ye tum kya bol rhe ho hello kon hai jo ve behuda mazak kar rha hai .

Aditya:: naira me jiju bol rha hu kartik ka sach me bhut bura accident hua hai naira hum kartik ko infinity hospital le Jaa rhe hai tum bhi jaldi se vaha pahucho

Naira was shocked to her core kartik was only person who she love to the core and her life is kartik she can't imagine her life without her kartik .

Naira had rush to the hospital and kartik was taken to OT. 

NAIRA :: jiju ye sab kya ho gya hai kartik ki ye halat kaise hui
(She was crying badly)
Boliye na jiju kaise hua hai ye sab

Aditya explain naira that how the accident had taken place

Naira was now crying more in the mean time goenka's came to hospital

Naira saw manish she run and hugged him tightly and cried like a small baby

Swarna and surekha were consoling dadi and each other

Keerti came hugged naira nad they both cried because kartik was the 2 Jaan of his family .

Everyone one was waiting for the doctor and good news but due to excessive crying naira had fainted in corridor infront of OT.

doctors shifted naira to new room and gave her sleeping injection and put her hands on drip of gulcose because she was weak

Here doctor came hurriedly outside of the OT . And everyone bombed questions on him

Doc:: we need the o- blood immediately
Because he has lost to much blood

Aditya: o-blood to sirf naira ka .
Doctor kya aap naira ka blood le sakte hai ??

Doc :: hum le sakte per abhi unko sleeping injection de ke sulaya hai unka mental state thik nahi hai .

Aditya : to ab kya kar sakte hai

Manish:: me 2-3 blood bank ko janta hu waha se blood managa sakte hai

Mainsh called almost 5 blood bank but only 2 of them have blood so as soon as possible he arranged 4 bottle of blood

Doctor had talked the blood and again rushed to the OT and here everyone was praying for there Kittu's health
