We walked in silence through the familiar woods that I've come to learn for years. Thinking about abandoning them now is just, unbelievable. We passed through a particular small passageway with stones and a small river next it. And me being me, tripped over a stone that seemed misplaced and was about to fall face first into the ground, before Killian picked me up with ease just before I made a embarrassing fall that would've haunted me forever.
He turned me over and examined my face with concern lacing his gorgeous features.
"Are you hurt Aurora?" He asked worriedly.
"I'm fine, but one thing did hurt though" I said, giving him puppy dog eyes and frowning.
"What is it babe?" He asked.
"When I fell from heaven" I said
smirking and backing away from his engulfing grasp.
"I thought when you climbed through the earths crust descending from the pits of hell it hurt more?" He said.
He was smiling goofily clearly amused with his snarky comeback.
"Ha ha, very funny" I said, walking away towards my main destination.
I couldn't think of anything better to say at the moment so I just walked away thinking of something better to say.

"Oh come on, that was a good one" Killian said, I could hear his smile in his voice.
"It was, but I just hope your moves in bed are just as good as your comebacks" I said smiling.

"Are you implying something Miss Waters? I could enlighten you if you want" He said, his voice laced with lust and amusement.
"No thank you" I said smirking.
"Are you sure? I see a few spots already that we wouldn't be spotted at if we-"
"Okay, stop! Don't finish your sentence" I said half laughing and half serious.

I stopped to face him for a second to see him laughing hysterically and holding a tree up for support. This just started a whole new round of my laughs to come bursting out.
We stood there for a few moments just laughing and staring at each other. I guess all it takes in the world to be happy is to see your mate for the first time and seeing them laugh really hard.
After about five more minutes, I finally gained composure and felt as though I was ready to begin my journey again to go pull the most brilliant prank in history. I started walking towards the school again, and from what I gather we were only a few more yards away from the school.
"Where exactly are we going mio amore?" Killian asked curiously.
"You don't have to worry about where we are going, all you have to do is watch and be your pretty self" I said innocently.
A growl erupted from his broad chest at my petty comment and I smirked to myself at his reaction.
Before I knew it, we made it to the entrance of the school and a feeling of dread washed over me. I will be leaving this place for good in a matter of hours and I will also be graduating in a matter of hours, well, sort of graduating. But still, that doesn't make it less of the reason that I'll actually miss this place. The place that I called home for so many years. And believe it or not, I'll actually miss this wretched place people call school.
"Are you okay?" Killian asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine" I replied while giving a small smile for some reassurance.
