Mirta's curse

"Well done, Judith, you get an A." Faragonda said, Kagome stood by near with Palladium beside her watching students be tested. "Bloom, it's your turn."

Bloom stands in the centre of the room and Faragonda uses her magic, lights start up. Bloom flips out of the way, dodging every light that got on her path. She flies and grabs a rose in a floating bubble out of the air, Bloom goes back to put the flower in the pedestal only to gasp when Faragonda made a large blob appears above her. Bloom quickly with her hand she made it explode.

"Settle down, girls. Excellent performance, Bloom. Return to your seat. Next please." Faragonda said and the rest of the class day went okay.

"I.. I was wonder if you wanted to go get some ice cream? I mean that is if your okay with it... you don't have to-." Palladium rants off and Kagome cuts him off grabbing his hand, making him stop with a blush. "Let's go get that ice cream." Kagome said, both of them head out with a blush on their faces.

"This are so good." Kagome said with a smile taking a spoon of her vanilla ice cream and milk chocolate, this was the best one she ever had. "I can't believe it refills on its own." She said making Palladium smile.

"Is there anything you miss back home?" He asked and Kagome thinks for a moment. "Hmm, I don't miss anything much back home other than my family." Kagome said.

"But I do miss my friends and my son, Shippo was like my son when he join the team. He was the cutest boy with his fox tail and ears, I do wonder how's he doing when I left." She said and Palladium frowns seeing her sad smile, he grabs her hand. "If he was taken by you for so long I'm sure he will be fine on his own using the things you thought him and what he's learned during the adventures you had." He said making her nod.

"You're right." Kagome said and looks at him with a smile. "So, what plans do you have for when the school year ends?" She asked him.

"I'll be going back to my home or maybe stay here." He said but in all honesty he wants to stay not wanting to leave Kagome alone. "That sounds nice, I think if I save enough money by the end of the year I could get an apartment here." She said with a look of excitement and that's when she was done eating her ice cream.

"But I'm actually worried about something." Kagome said as she saw Bloom and Sky talking to each other. "The Trix seemed to really go after Bloom like they want something from her or whatever power she released from the simulation test." She said making Palladium nod.

"The headmistress is worried as well, they're getting more bold in attacking here and anywhere." He said.

"Let's just hope they don't get even more bold in attacking other students." Kagome said and they both continue to talk of other stuff until they saw the the time making them stand up and leave.

Kagome walks around the school making sure that no intruder comes in but stops when she saw the Winx heading to the forest in a hurry.

"What are they doing?" She asked and goes after them only to lose them from her line of vision, Kagome stops when she felt a dark presence coming to her left and makes her way to it.

When she arrived she saw the Winx trapped between two twisters, Kagome takes out two arrows making them disappear. The Trix turned around with a glare and clench their fists in anger.

"You! I've had it with you! You're a pain in the neck! You're a bothersome.... Pumpkin." Icy said slowly looking at the shirt of a young witch and smirks looking at Kagome. "Now you won't bothered us anymore!" She said casting a spell towards Kagome who brought her hand up to protect herself.

"Lady Kagome!" The Winx shout as the bright light blinds them unable to see what had happened, Kagome gasps as the young witch that was with Bloom had jumped in front of her turning into a pumpkin. "Oh, that's still a win to me." Icy said with a laugh fallow by the other two.

Bloom glares at them as Kagome picks up the pumpkin carefully getting out of the way when Bloom had explode out her powers and the Trix disappear from their view. Kagome comes out from the tree to see the Winx on the ground transformed back.

"What an amazing burst of power. Where's Bloom?" Musa asked as they looked around not seeing Bloom except for Kagome who went to a bush seeing Bloom on her back. "Hi, Lady Kagome." Bloom said with a small smile.

"Bloom, who is this?" Kagome asked and Bloom looks at the pumpkin in her hands. "That's Mirta, she helped me." Bloom said and Kagome looks at Mirta sadly.

"This is a very dark spell Icy made, I can try and break it but it will take time." Kagome said making the girls nod.

"So, this the girl that helped Bloom in the forest?" Palladium said as they looked at Mirta who stood in Kagome's desk with other plants that Flora had brought for her to make her feel less lonely.

"Yeah, she also saved me from turning into pumpkin. She was a really brave girl, so I need to break the spell as soon as possible." Kagome said and Palladium nods.

"I'm sure you can break it but maybe wait until the next day, is getting pretty late." He said as he made the bed for her and Kagome nods looking at Mirta for a second, she goes to the bathroom and change into her sleeping clothes.

"Thanks for coming over and have a look at her, Palladium." Kagome said and he nods with a smile. "Anything for you." He said and stops when he realized what he just said, Kagome looks at him face turning red watching Palladium stutter his way out almost falling.

"I mean anything you need... bye!" Palladium said quickly closing the door behind him, he frowns his back facing the door and slaps his head.

"You idiot!" Palladium said walking away in embarrassment while Kagome in her room brush her hair with her hands still looking red. "You goof." She whispers with a smile.
