It was an ordinary Saturday afternoon, I was on my DSi playing Soul Silver. I was currently in Goldenrod City with my typhlosion, named Tyten right behind me. Tyten's name came from a mix of one of my best friend's names and the name typhlosion. I had my action Replay DSi in with a new code on, a code that lets you get a shiny eevee. I found it while looking around on the internet one day, and I just had to try it out because I love shiny eevees.

I made my character walk into the Pokémon Center and walked up to the PC. The code I had was supposed to make the shiny eevee appear in box five. Just in case, I took out all of my pokémon from my party, except for Tyten, and went to box five. Before pressing the R and L buttons, I made sure that there were no pokémon in the box. After moving any pokémon that were in box five to another box, I went to box four and pressed the R and L button simultaneously.

I then turned to box five and sitting there was a shiny eevee. I moved my cursor over it and pressed A on it, then summary. The eevee was oddly named EEeEE, and it was level one. Its moves were tackle, swift, take down, and bite. I shrugged off the odd name and put EEeEE in my party. I was going to trade him onto my Heart Gold, since I play it more often. I also had a cloning code for it, which I could use to gain more shiny eevees to get all the shiny eeveelutions.

I grabbed my other DSi and turned it on, being that Heart Gold was already in it. I proceeded to start up my saved file, and moved my character into the Union Room along with my character on Soul Silver. I then went on to trade EEeEE over to Heart Gold. After the trading process was done, I saved both games and turned off both systems. I took my Action Replay DSi out of my DSi with Soul Silver out, and put it into the other with Heart Gold. I turned it on and activated the cloning code.

Once I put EEeEE in my PC I proceeded to clone him, I then later got all the eeveelutions, except for flareon. I shrugged. "I can get flareon later." I whispered to myself as I saved my game and turned it off. I then took my Action Replay out and put it back in my other DS along with Soul Silver. I started up my game and proceeded to get another shiny eevee. However, after pressing the buttons and moving to box five, the eevee wasn't there. In its place was a bad egg. I tried again. Another bad egg.

I shook my head as I moved away from box five. "One more time..." I said to myself as once again, I pressed the R and L buttons moved to box five. Instead of another bad egg, the shiny eevee was there. Again, it was named EEeEE and had the same moves as the last one. I moved EEeEE into my party then closed out of the PC. I remembered that I had turned on the max experience code on my attack rating, so I could train EEeEE. I opened my bag and looked for an experience share. I found one and gave it to EEeEE. I moved my character out of the Pokémon Center and then went to go look for wild pokémon. As soon as I left Golden Rod City, I went into the first patch of grass I saw. I walked around in it until a wild pokémon appeared.

"A while RATATA appeared!"

"Go! Tyten!"

My typhlosion was level 100, so I found no need to use any of the more powerful moves I taught him. I tapped Attack then Return.

"Tyten used Return!"

"The wild RATATA fainted!"

As the pokémon disappeared from the screen, I held down the R button.

"EEeEE grew to level 2!"

"EEeEE grew to level 3!"

EEeEE continued gaining levels until he was about Level 32. As I went back to the overworld I opened up my party, and switched EEeEE to the front of the party, so I could battle with him. I continued roaming in the grass for another pokémon.
