Mephiles's Pov

I was teleportation this place Avalon was destroyed that I and my ex-wife couldn't find my daughters. That was unforgivable, miserable my life.

Flashback...

Scientists build machine energy. It came exploded I was fluid color black. That may be cause I'm alive to become a hedgehog. I was able to escape to find a new home.

In the forest, I was hiding so many kids. That I saw a girl hedgehog.

"Are you okay?" The girl asked me backward.

"It's okay. You don't afraid of it. Come out."

Wonder if I can trust her. I stood up toward the girl.

"You're new?"

"Umm, yes. But what is this place?" I replied to question to her. "This is called Avalon. My home."

"I guess never place like home."

She smiled a pink fur was about to leave. Then I asked her name. "Wait, I forgot what is your named."

"My name is Ailinda." She introduced her name. Then I introduced myself.

"Nice to meet you My name is Mephiles."

"See you later." Ailinda waved at me saying goodbye. I cannot wait to see her face again.

At day Ailinda was alone and I was alone too she was toward me.

"Are you alright?"

"No."

Ailinda hugged me tightly.

"You don't have to be alone. Cause we're friends now it's just what friends do." She replied as I hugged her back.

"Friends."

As we're friends now Ailinda and I play together I was old enough my age. Then She was 6 years old. During her birthday was turning 7 years old. I have a gift for her.

Her parents were mad at me. Am I looking different I was so I was hidden in the bushes. After her birthday Ailinda saw me and greet me.

"Hi, Mephilies."

"Hi Ailinda, Happy Birthday."

She nodded hugged me and removed.

"I had a gift for you." I brought a gift she gave me and decide unwrapped to open a necklace of crystal color, Sapphire.

"Woah, Sapphire. I love it."

I turned gently and smiled. She was able to wear it.

"This is the best birthday ever. Mephiles."

Alinda commented to me that I was a friend. But I just wanna be side by side with her. My heart is touched. But it's never gonna happen before. She wants to feel happy.
