Bella: the badass (Formerly Badass Bella)

Chapter 1: The Death of Me

I was sitting in a cold, empty field, draining the human I had just caught wandering in the forest.

I should fill you in: My name is Bella Diamond, but I am more widely known as Isabella Swan, which happens to be my old name. A couple hundred years ago, after Edward left me, in went into depression. I wouldn't eat or sleep. Everything around me reminded me of him. When I slept I saw him, the scents in the air somehow reminded me of his scent, every dark haired boy was him. Suddenly not even Jake could save me. I couldn't bare the helpless looks on the faces of the people around me, the people I cared about. It was killing me slowly on the inside. So I tried to commit suicide. I took Charlie's gun and went to the meadow that Edward showed me. There I saw Victoria, her bright red hair swirling around her hair gracefully in the wind, like fire dancing, taunting.

I pleaded for her to kill me. Suddenly there was a way out. Hope bubbled up in my chest like fire, I don't have to kill myself. She can. I got down on my hands and knees and begged. I crawled up to her feet and pleaded, staring straight into her blood red eyes. My cries seemed to be not coming from me, but they were being said with my voice. It was just me and her. As my pleading slowed, I snapped out of it. "Just please, do it" I barely even whispered. I saw something in her eyes change, she had made a decision and even if I tore her apart and burned her she wouldn't change her mind. She was going to kill me. Instead of killing Edward, she would kill me.

She didn't kill me though. As she spun around and began to gracefully walk away, I uttered what I hoped would be my last few words. "Change me." I spat out. 

"PLEASE, I'll do anything. I swear." Time slowed down as she whirled back around and smiled. 

"It's a deal. But, you have to do something for me. I need you to kill Charlie. Eliminate all the distractions, plus you'll get used to killing more quickly. I took the deal but I lied I wasn't going to hurt him. I went to my house to get my things and Charlie was there. I couldn't control my thirst. I attacked him when I was done I sucked him dry. I got on my knees and started dry sobbing. Then Victoria came into the house and conforted me. I thought she was going to kill me or hurt me but she said five words the made me like Victiora as a friend those words were I am proud of you.

Then she left last I heard of her was she was in Africa. But here I am now draining a human sitting in a small field. When I was done with him I lit him up so the humans didn't suspect anything. I stood up and started walking away from the human that was on fire. Then I heard it.

A voice from ways behind me said "You'll burn the forest down if you leave it like that." I knew that voice it was one of the ones I will never forget it was Carlisle Cullen. I turned around and growled at him. With him was Esme. I growled at them.

"We mean no harm we are just hunting." he said to me. I was now on the ground laughing with blood tears running down my cheeks.

"You don't recognize me do you Carlisle?" I asked him. They just looked at me confused. I used my power then I could change my appearance to look like a human but I would need to see the human to look like them. I changed into what I used to look like and made my voice sound like my old one too. they gasped. I then used my other power to take them into my memory of killing Charlie, Victoria finding me and me begging hear to kill me.

"Bella?" Esme whispered after I took them out.

"Took you long enough." I said coldly. In a second the whole gang was with them.

"What's the emergency?" Edward asked Carlisle. Then they all looked at me.

"You want us to take care of her?" asked Emmet. I snorted at him. He just smirked.
