As Ivy stood in front of the mirror admiring the dress her mother had bought for her birthday. It was a pure white lace dress with a blood red ribbon around the waist, and her hair was neatly pulled into a braid to the side. As she smiles despite the butterflies in her stomach she hears a knock on her bedroom door. Her mom walks in with a gift neatly wrapped with a white ribbon tied on top. "Happy Birthday my wonderful Ivy" her mother smiled handing her the gift, "Thank you mum" Ivy smiling back taking the gift into her hands. Ivy tries to smile so her mother wouldn't worry that much. "sure love I'll be up to check on you later tonight" her mother kisses her forehead before Ivy started to climb the stairs slowly. When Ivy finally reaches her bedroom she grabs the box and lays in bed, drifting in and out of sleep listening to the tune of London Bridge and the ballerina spins slowly.
Ivy kept hearing the tune of the song as she falls deeper into her sleep and finally when the song ends, she is in deep sleep not aware of what is going to happen.
