By the end of the day, she was able to obtain two people's phone numbers. Of course, they were from one teacher who gave it out to everyone for assignment reasons, and the other was from Sasha. She thought she was pretty funny, and would make a decent friend, so when the brunette gave her her number so they could hang out, (Y/N) was more then happy to oblige.

Her high school was a bit different from the others. It was a little more private, and because of the education you get there, it was a hell of a lot more expensive. Yes, she went to a private school.

Because of this, she ended up taking the bus home, the bus that she shared with a certain emerald eyed individual she had met earlier that day.

"Eren!" A cold voice called out from a distance. The brunette sighed, but tried not to look too disappointed as he shrugged towards her.

"I'll see you later, okay?" His impish grin spread like fire, as she smiled back.

"Alright. What's your name again?" She immediately felt stupid, as his girlfriend repeated the word more sternly and louder.

"Eren!"

He gestured towards the figure, that seemed to be miles away.

"I'm Eren. Yours?"

She nodded once, the faintest of pinks dusting her cheeks.

"(Y/N)!" She smiled as he grinned at her.

"I'll see you tomorrow, then."

"It's a date."

He ran back to the girl who clearly stole his heart, it couldn't have been more obvious. She sighed, picking up her bag, slinging it over her shoulder and walking towards her bus.

Damn, and he was such a badass too!

And here she was, sitting next to him on an empty bus. It wasn't empty in her seat though. In fact, it was the only cramped place on the entire thing.

Because Eren insisted on her sitting next to him, she sat next to the window, expecting just him next to you.

But no.

When Mikasa got on, she narrowed her eyes towards (Y/N), slowly made her way to the two's seat in the back of the bus, and sat down next to Eren, making her as uncomfortable as possible. When the bus began leaving to it's designated stops, the girl saw out of her seat though the window, a blonde panting, mouthing the word, "Stop!"

"I think someone missed the bus!" She yelled standing up, and cupping her hands around her lips to echo the sound. Suddenly, the brakes slammed, and she went lurching forward.

"Gah!" She grunted, and tried to sit up. Her upper body was into the seat in front of her, the other half dangling over her previous spot. The doors opened, and entered a blonde, blue eyed male who the first thing he saw was an unknown girls butt in the air. He had half a mind to turn around, and just walk home, but he didn't want to walk the two miles, and he also caught sight of his two friends.

"Armin." The raven haired teen spoke up.

"Mikasa." Eren growled, elbowing her.

"Eren!" Armin grinned, walking down the isle with his books in hand.

"(Y/N)! Now for Sina's sake, help me!" (Y/N) shouted, still flailing around. Just as Eren got up to help, Armin arrived, and popped the girl over the edge of the seat, earning a smile from her.

"Thanks."

He also earned a glare from both Eren and Mikasa.

Armin went to go sit across from them, but Mikasa grabbed his sleeve, and yanked him towards her, shoving (Y/N) more so into the already squished window. Eren chuckled nervously as a blush crept its way onto his face.

"Sorry!"

Now that all four of them were in the one seat, the bus driver began driving once again.

Needless to say, the ride was awkward. At every turn, (Y/N) was bumped, hit, kicked (Mikasa claimed it had to have been from Eren, he was closer to her after all), and suffocated. She was being held hostage the entire ten minute ride there. The bus was almost silent, give or take a few bad jokes from the driver, a few conversation from the limited passengers, or maybe music from an opened-window car that was blasting 'Can't touch this'.

It was the equivalent to the relief she felt when the bell rang in Mr. Rivalle's classroom as the bus squeaked to a rusty stop.

"This is mine." She managed, trying not to sound as uncomfortable as she really was. Armin hurriedly scooped up his things, and got into the isle, as his friends did the same with the lack of enthusiasm.

"Me too." The blonde replied, and smiled the adorable smile she figured no one could get tired of seeing. "We can walk together, if you want."

"That'd be great." The (H/C) girl grinned, and followed him off the bus. Eren gritted his teeth, slight jealous stirring inside him. His girlfriend didn't show it, but she was glad the girl had left.

As the two newly acquainted friends talked on their ways home, they realized they had more in common then thought originally.

"I don't know, I usually like reading, and stuff." Armin shrugged shyly. "I mean, I'm not a nerd, I guess..."

"Nah, you're not a nerd." She chuckled, lightly punching him in the arm. "Even if you were one, you'd be the coolest nerd in school." She knew that he was a total nerd, but it didn't stop him from being so adorable. She swore his hair was made for angels, and his eyes were the same shade of blue of the sky on a perfect summer day.

"T-thanks." His cheeks flushed a deep red at the compliment. Armin knew a lot of different words could describe him; cool was not one of them.

"Welcome!" She replied, with a small smile. As they continued walking, (Y/N) pointed to a light blue house down the street.

"That one's my house. Isn't it pretty?" She stared at it, still amazed she was able to afford that nice of one. She was still in shock that she was able to go to a private school, let alone a nice house.

A sigh escaped (Y/N)'s lips as she recalled the moment that put her in her current situation. Quickly, she shook the thought away as she heard Armin's fast, but unheard reply.

"Huh?"

"Oh, I was just saying that it's really big. Do you have any siblings?" They began getting closer and closer towards her house.

She nodded, but luckily he didn't see her silent retort. "Uh, no. D-do you?" She said, anxious to change the subject. The blonde looked at her oddly before shaking his head himself.

"No. I'm an only child." Armin exhaled, adjusting his black backpack on his shoulder. Before the teen had a chance to answer, he looked at her with a smile. "I'll see you tomorrow, right, (Y/N)?" He asked. How could she possibly resist such a kawaii grin? She agreed, and headed inside her house.
