Y/n Pov:

I was walking through the hallway of the school to get to my next class when I was tapped on my shoulder from behind. I turned around and saw my childhood friend Alex standing behind me with a smile on his face. Although he was wearing the male uniform, his complexion and body type made him look really feminine, so he was liked by both girls and guys in our classes.

Alex: What's up, dude?

Y/n: Nothing much, Avery. Did you get confessed today as well?

Alex: Y-Yeah. And it was by Rachael, too.

I stopped in my tracks in slowly turn my head towards Alex.

Y/n: You're telling me you rejected one of the hottest girls in our school?

Alex: Yeah. . .

Y/n: *Deadpan face* Alex, you know you can tell me anything, right?

Alex: Of course!

Y/n: So you know that I won't judge you if you "swing the other way", right?

Alex then looked at me very flustered.

Alex: I'm not gay, asshole! I'm just not looking to date right now is all!

Y/n: *Smirks* Whatever you say, bro.

Alex: Wipe that smirk off your face right now!

Alex playfully punched my arm as we both laughed.
The moment was ruined, though, after someone yelled from across the hallway which made me and everyone else turn to see who it was.

David: Hey Alex! Get your ass over here!

It was fucking David. He's basically every 1980s bully ever. He picked on "nerds" and quiet kids while thinking that because he plays football that he's tough shit. He started walking up to me and Alex with one of his buddies next to him. He soon stood in front of us while hyper focusing on Alex.

David: Who the fuck told you that going after my girl was okay!?

Alex: She's not your girl first of all and second maybe if you didn't act like a dick all the time then Rachelle would've been interested in you!

David: The fuck you just say to me, you sissy bitch!?

David was about to punch Alex but I pushed Alex out of the way and caught David's fist. I then gave him a right hook to the jaw which sent him to the ground. His friend tried to punch me as well, but I dodged and punched him in the stomach which knocked out the air in his lungs as he fell to the floor, trying to breathe. I saw David was also struggling to get up so I kicked him in the face which sent him back to the ground. Before I could do anything else, I was tackled by one of the security guards and escorted to the principals office.

Principals office:

Principal: I'm sorry, Y/N, but my hands are tied here. With David's mom's influence in the PTA and him being our school star quarterback, they're pushing all the blame on to you. I have to give you a two day suspension for next Monday and Tuesday. Again, I'm very sorry it turned out like this.

Y/n: Don't sweat it, Mr. Smith. I've been wanting to clock that asshole in the face for a while now anyways. *Smirk* I also get a four-day weekend because of him.

The principal chuckled and then took a sip from his coffee mug.

Mr.Smith: You got a good head on your shoulders,
Y/N. Your mother is going to pick you up soon, so just wait at the front of the school. Have a good weekend as well.

Y/n: Right back at you, Mr. Smith.

I grabbed my bag and walked out of Mr. Smith's office. I waited outside and soon my mom came. I got into the car and she said that I wasn't in trouble and that she was proud of me for protecting Alex so we got pizza to celebrate. When we got back to the house, we ate the pizza and I went up to my room to play some video games. After a couple of hours, I saw it was 7 PM so I decided to go over to Alex's house which was just a five minute walk. When I got to the front door, Alex's older sister answer the door.
