"Tenma! Stop flirting with my neighbours!" a girl said to her brother who was continuously flirting with the female tenants in her apartment complex she lives in "oh calm down y/n a little flirting never hurt anyone" Tenma said shifting the boxes in his hands and winked at another female tenant that walked by getting a hard jab in the side from his sister who was holding a cat carrier "ow!-" "half of them are twice your age and probably have kids the only reason they get flustered is that you have the 'uzui' charm" y/n said "ha! You're the female version of me so you got the charm too don't forget-" "we are the flamboyant uzui sibling's yea I know" y/n cuts off her brother but he was right

They look the same silky white hair and sharp maroon eyes the only slight differences between the two were that tenma had a small tan and y/n had a weird mark on her left eye which consists of alternating large and small red dots that run inwards and their height but only by six inches "ok so these are the last boxes and you got your cat.....you know it's hard to believe you're moving out" tenma said a sad look in his eyes "the only reason I am is it's closer to my school and job but it's not goodbye you can come here anytime you want you've got a key too and I've got Kanae with me" y/n smiled and holds up the cat carrier to see pale purple eyes in the darkness of the cage

Tenma chuckled "I guess your right but still your my little sis it's my job to worry about you" y/n laughed "I'm only two years younger but thanks for the concern bro," she said the siblings finally at her apartment door which y/n swung open and closes after they walk in tenma place the too boxes in a traditional Japanese style room which had tatami mats, some built in shelves and a low table "by the way why did you want these there pretty old I'm surprised there not rusted yet or sold off," tenma asked and tilted his head y/n place the cat carrier down "well I thought they were cool and I've been making sure they don't rust for the past 10 years also there family heirloom's and I know you don't want or know how to use them" y/n replied tenma nodded seeing it fair "well I'm going to go I'll see you later" tenma went up to his sister "yea see you-" and hugged her cutting her off y/n chuckled "later" finishing her sentence and hugged back

The two let go after a bit and tenma left y/n went over to the cat carrier and opened it "welcome to our new home Kanae" y/n said as the cat named Kanae stepped out and looked around then at her owner and meowed happily Kanae in a interesting black cat to look at considering the ends of her tail, feet and the inside of her ears are a dark pink and her eyes a sparkling light purple hell a few people even tried to get y/n to sell the cat to them but she always refused y/n gave Kanae a light purple collar with a flower on the back and a butterfly accessory on her tail

Y/n walked in the traditional room and opens the boxes kanae walking in a few seconds later to see her pull out two massive blades with a chain connecting the two the blades were a amber-orange color with writing in kanji saying 'destroyer of demons' in white making kanae look shocked to which y/n noticed "hey kanae" y/n looks at the blades "oh yea you haven't seen theses yet have you there family heirlooms as well as some other stuff" y/n places the blades on one of the three hooks in the room as well as placing a sheath on them 'it's been so long since I've see a nichirin sword' kanae though jumping up on a shelf and places a paw on the sheathed swords y/n only chuckled and pulled out a headband from the second box the headband was light grey with six pink gems attached that were all real and probably very expensive but it had some cracks and looked like it been through hell and placed it on the second hook "meow" kanae jumped in the second box and pulled out a black eyepatch with too yellow/gold strips and the same pink gems attached but only four "why thank you" y/n gently grabbed it out of Kanae's mouth and placed it on the last hook

Y/n backed up and looked proudly at her family heirlooms "this looks flamboyant enough in my opinion" she said looking at her intelligent cat who from what she could tell was chuckling at her saying 'flamboyant' at things "ok come on let get you something to eat" y/n put out her arm and kanae jumped in to them and placed her small head on y/ns shoulder

As y/n walked out the room she paused a confused but concerned look appearing on her face she felt like the universe had shifted or at least the world something happened but she wasn't sure what she looked at kanae and kanae looked at her she felt something shift as well but wasn't sure what either that's what scared Kanae her claws poking into y/n shoulder making y/n lose her train of thought and shake her head and continue to her kitchen

But little did they know a 'cat'astrophe will happen soon.....
