The villain - Part 2

Chapter 2 -" A visit from the queen "

No villain in a story achieves their goal . Even if they did , what is next ? . Sudden realization that after the goal ends there won't be a purpose to the character any longer . Some people need to be shocked to realize what their actions have done . Or someone making them remember a moment or a memory that makes them rethink . Is it worth that ? .

After that fire , I've kept an eye on the little boy and Amelia . The whole village was celebrating the peace , the happiness that roamed the village after Kyle was announced 'dead' . It started getting boring and lonely , also annoying by babysitting that kid that was with Kyle . Whatever his name was , he keeps talking about how I'm a 'bad person' for killing his friend .

" Your highness ! , you have a visitor . " The guard came in yelling . A visitor ? , we never get any . " Who would that be ? " , I asked fixing my posture .

- " She says she's a family member "

- " A family member , she ?! "

- " Do I let her in ? "

- " Sure.. "

Who is 'She' I don't know any women in the family other than- . " You've grown so much , Tyler " , A smooth deep voice from the door of the room talks . " Do you remember me ? " . Looking at her trying to make a name of a person , I know you . " You are still alive I see " , I said grinding on my teeth . " I heard a lot happened here ! , and the whole village is proud of you ! " . I didn't want to talk back . She definitely has something in her mind . She kept talking for about three minutes about the stuff she heard about me here , I didn't listen to a word . " What ? , are you not going to treat your mom ? , especially when she came as a guest to visit you . " , She said putting her hands on her hips . Words stuck in my throat ; I called a maid . " Take Miss Ruby to the guests room " . Out of curiosity , I followed her .

" So , why are you here ? " , I asked her while she's looking around the room . " Nothing ! , just visiting my favorite son . " . This was too sudden for a 'favorite son' visit . It must be something else .

She decided to stay . With the excuse of 'important business' coming soon . The days she has stayed here , the rumors and the stories has gone between the maids in the palace . Curiosity led me to eavesdrop on two maids talking :

- "I can't believe that Her highness Ruby Alarcon is here ."

- "Do you think she's here looking for another husband ? "

- " I don't think so , after that accident her family stopped ." . A third maid joins in :

- " Now they stopped ?! , after 9 husbands ? "

Nine husbands ? . What does that mean ? . My curiosity gets bigger and bigger . Determined to know what's this about , I hear a guard calling me .
