Chapter 1 "Love At First Sight"

F.Y.I I'm putting Y/B/N for Your Brother's Name for when he speaks.

Sonya Blade was walking you and your brother to the new team you both have been assigned to. You both were nervous to meet new people, always were. Sonya signaled you both to stop.

Sonya: "Wait here."

She said very serious, Sonya was expecting many things from you and your brother. She expected you to be responsible, why? Because this team was 1 of 3 of the best teams in the Special Forces. And it was consisted of 3 groups that protect Earthrealm. Sonya said it is a small but very skilled team, she told us the first 2 people are from S.F. and the other 2 being from the Shaolin and Shirai Ryu.

Sonya went inside to tell the team, that this group has 2 new members. The 4 people on the team wanted to meet you and your brother. Moments later Sonya steps out of the room to inform you both that you could enter the room.

Sonya: Corporal L/N and Private L/N you both may enter the room.

Y/N: "Thank you general."

Y/B/N: "Yes thank you."

Your brother, an you enter the room, and meet the 2 Males and Females. You barely even walked in, and you couldn't believe your eyes. You looked at the blonde female soldier, in your head you couldn't stop staring at her. You thought to yourself was it love, was it lust? You didn't know anymore. You shook hands with the Shirai Ryu assassin, you both introduced yourselves.

Takeda: "Hello my name is Takeda."

Y/N: "Nice to meet you, my name is Y/N."

After that you both seemed to become friends very quickly. You see your younger 18 year old brother gazing at the female African American soldier. You decided to talk to him later about that, you walked over to the Shaolin guy. You both shook hands also.

Y/N: "Hi my name is Y/N, nice to meet you."

Kung Jin: "Yeah Likewise, my name is Kung Jin."

Y/N: "Okay see you later."

You walked away thinking about Kung Jin. About him being sort of a asshole. You knew that you both were never going to be friends at least not right away. You tried to not think about it, you then walked over to the female African American soldier and greeted each other.

Jacqui: "Hello nice to meet you, I'm Jacqueline Briggs but you can call me Jacqui."

Y/N: "Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N you a technician for the Special Forces because the gauntlets look awesome?"

Jacqui: "No I made these, My job as a Specialist is to make sure the Privates do their job."

Y/N: "How about that, hey Y/B/N you have a new boss."

Your brother nervously chuckled and blushed it was pretty obvious that he likes Jacqui. Only Jacqui could do was smile which made your brother blush more. You smiled at the two and you walked over to last person to meet the blonde soldier. You knew you have a crush on her, even though you didn't even know her. But you were like "screw it" and you walked over to her and greeted her.

Y/N: "Hello my name is Y/N, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Cassie: "Oh hello nice to meet you, my name is Cassandra Cage you can call me Cassie."

Cassie: "So your new to the team?"

Y/N: "Yeah, me and my younger brother."

Cassie: "Oh he is your younger brother, well you both look similar."

Y/N: "Naw really?!"

You both chuckled at your sarcastic comment.

Y/N: "Really though I get that a lot."

Cassie: "How old is your brother?"

Y/N: "He's 18 years old."

Cassie: "Oh he's Jacqui's age."

You looked over to your younger brother who is actually having a conversation with Jacqui, getting acquainted with each other. You smiled at the thought of them being together, you and your brother been through many obstacles throughout life. Cassie noticed you smiling over at them.

Cassie: "Why you smiling over at them?"

Y/N: "Just glad he is meeting new people, and also they might end up together in the future."

Cassie: "Yeah they look cute together."

Cassie: "Also how old are you?"

Y/N: "What's with all the questions?"

Cassie: "Just trying to get to know people better, that's all."

Y/N: "I'm 20 years old."

Cassie: "Oh your my age, I don't really meet a lot of people who about my age."

Y/N: "Yeah same."

You both kept talking getting to know each other, and quickly became friends. You wish when the time was right you would confess, but right now it's too early, but you still have feelings for her. What you didn't know was after the conversation you both had, she started developing feelings for you as well, but she thought it was also too early to confess. How long for both of you to confess your love for each other.
