A misconception, a misunderstanding.
"we're not good for each other"
"Am i good enough for her?"
"She doesn't love me anymore, no, she never loved me."
"I ain't good enough for him. He deserves better."
"Fire and gasoline, aren't we?"

A thousand years....

Yuvan looked at the photo frame placed on the table in front of him. She looked so beautiful. Pictures actually didn't do justice to her beauty, no camera was good enough to capture the prettiness of her face and her sharp features! Nevertheless, she looked ravishing in that saree, the one he had bought for her. But her smile did something to his heart, it pricked him.

He had just seen Banni yesterday when he sat inside his car and she was as usual, delivering tiffins. But did he have the courage to meet her? No. It seemed impossible.

As a rockstar, it was difficult for him to take out time for other things but he still managed to come here and admire her from afar. She was the girl he was in love with. She was once his wife and he was a fool to have let her go.

From having her beside him all the time to not having the courage to go in front of her, he came a long way indeed.

Why did he even let her go in the first place? She kept on screaming that he needed her and she needed him but he had to force his stupid thoughts on her. What did he even think when he decided that they weren't meant to be together?

After Banni left him, he left his family and lived in another mansion, all alone. This emptiness haunted him but he didn't care anymore.

He had never confessed his love to Banni as a man.

He was a fool to have believed other woman over his Banni.

"Banni never loved you, Yuvan. It's not love but care." Tullika said as she looked at Yuvan, who was caught in distress.

Yuvan was never told that Banni was his wife and when he got to know the truth, rather than feeling happy , he was guilty of having tied Banni in a relationship that was more like a burden to her. And when Tullika told him about her best friend, Agastya, he was caught in a dilemma.

Yuvan loved Banni, more than anyone and he knew it. But did Banni feel the same?

"I... don't know..." said Yuvan, wiping the tear drop that rolled down his eye.

"I think you should let her go Yuvan. Have you ever thought what all she went through because of you? She hasn't enjoyed a single moment with her own self  since you knocked in her life! First, she had to fight with your mental conditions and when you healed, she helped you deal with your other personality, Kabir."

Tulllika's words were harsh but they seemed true.

He didn't know her motive and he wasn't even interested as he himself had never felt good enough. It appeared as if Tullika had showed him the mirror and the reflection that he saw was of a weak man who was burdened with favours and he couldn't even repay them back.

And when she told him that Agastya loved Banni, he broke down completely. A man better than him loved his Banni, a woman who deserved a strong man.......
