Chapter 11 Scar's POV

My mates have returned to their kingdom for a bit and I'm sitting near a waterfall. It's really pretty, the waters clear, you can see the sky in the water. This is so peaceful.

"Scarlet...he won't leave you be....you should've let your father kill you. If he gets you, you will regret everything." Something whispers into my ear. I have never snapped my neck to turn around as fast as this. There was nothing there, no presence was there.

"COME OUT RIGHT NOW." No one came. No one would come if you ask when they're trying to be secretive. For some reason, I know who they're talking about. Only one way to find out if I'm right or wrong.

"Well what's the matter?"

"Mom...Is the King of Phoenixes' some how mad at me?"

"You're supposed to be his mate, but somehow you aren't. He is furious and he will anything to make you his. Please be careful my child." She pulls me for a hug.

"Another thing, can you teach me how to reach my phoenix side?" She nods and we spend several hours doing so, until I got it.

"Wow look at you. A dark crimson with silver feathers Phoenix, how pretty." I shift back. Its so cool being a bird, now I can fly up in the sky. Well I can do that in my demon form, but with this others can't tell.

"I must get going now mother." She sighs and hugs me. I wake up and get ready to go meet my mates one at a time. Cause like why not scare them.

I shift and I find Lucia. There she is, she's filing paper work for her kingdom. I fly through her window and sit on her head. Wait can I talk?

"H-Hey." It is way too hard to talk in this form. She sees me and lets out a scream. 

"What the fuck?!"

"Now that's not very Queen like don't you think my love?" I shift back and smile. 

"Shit you scared me, since when were you a bird?" Do I tell her about the king? No, not yet. 

"Since i was born, my real mother was a Phoenix." I pull her closer and closer to the bed and hide my face into her neck and breathe her in.

"That's pretty shocking. And whatever you're doing right now has to wait missy." She pulls me off and grabs my member which is fully erect. "You can get it once you scare Vanessa." She places a soft kiss which makes me want more. 

"If I scare her, im coming for you." I walk to the window and get ready to hop.

"Are you crazy?! Go through the door." 

"No, I'm going through this window." Before she can even protest, I jump right out the window and shift. Time to scare Vanessa for that ass. 

"We sure do love ass huh Nidus."

"Oh yes we do." Nidus laughs. Cant blame them, ass is everything. I figured its gonna take a while so Im just gonna go through a portal. I make it to the coven. Even though its hard I mask my smell the best I can. I fly around looking for Vanessa then I see her. She has a piece of paper in her hand, my plan is to swoosh in and grab the paper and hope that scares her. Now we wait for her to not pay attention. There! She isn't focusing this is my moment. I swoop in and snatch the paper. Before I could even go she caught me.

"Where do you think you're going birdie. You have something very important in that beak of yours." Some of her guards surrounded her. This is a very bad position for me to be in. 

"Do you really want them to see your mate naked?" I ask her. It a lie, when I shift my clothes don't get ripped off. She hisses  and that causes them to go away. I shift back and pull her in for a kiss, just for her to stop me.

"And why did you do this?" 

"First answer me, did i scare you?" Please tell me I scared her. 

"Yes you actually did. Why are you asking?"

"Because if I scare you, Lucia and I get to you know..." I start getting shy. She laughs and kisses me. 

"Alright have fun. As much as i wish to join, I am busy here." She kisses my cheek and hugs one last time. 

"Bye darling." I whisper and kiss her neck. I shift back into a phoenix and go to Lucia.

"Since you came back, I'm guessing you managed to scare Vanessa?" I nod and she makes her way onto my lap straddling me. She holds my face and starts placing kisses. Then it hits me, I'm a virgin. I start sweating and panicking on the inside. 

"M-my love, do you think we can do this later? I have to go see Megan." 

"Aw, I was hoping I'd get a taste." She kisses me. 

"Mmm, I'm sorry. Next time okay?" I hug her.

"Yes, next time." I open a portal and make it to Megan. She doesn't realize I'm here yet so I just follow her around while she does work. She looks so pretty while she works. 

"Did you really think I didn't know you were here? Come here and sit on this chair." She gets up and points at the chair she was sitting at. I take a seat and wait for her to say something, until she takes a seat on my lap.

"Beautiful?" She hums while she works. "Is there a reason as to why you're seated upon my lap?" 

"Do you mind?" She starts getting up, but i grab her by her hips so she doesn't.

"No, I don't mind, I was just confused that's all." I hug her and hide my face into her neck. She smells like the ocean. She giggles, that was music to my ears. 

'Alpha Bolshevik, someone here is asking for you. Its a male and he seems rather furious.' Beta Darien tells me. Please do not be him.

"If I do not return for the time being, please do not look for me. No matter what Megan." I kiss her and open a portal to the pack house.

"Wai-" I'm sorry, but this is  my fight.
