Zac went to the office and Fatima went with him. She didn't have much to do but she wanted to be up under her husband. Andi would come around lunch to pick up the check Zac signed but for now the two were just in the office. Fatima laid on the couch while Zac started up his computer.
"I actually find these comfortable" Fatima says looking down at the shoes she begged Zac for.
"I just bet you do, how many times are you going to wear them before they be somewhere in the closet untouched"
"You're so dramatic." Fatima says
Zac opens his email and finally sees the 3 deals being canceled.
"Shit" he says with his fist on the desk.
"What's wrong? Is it the connection?" Fatima asked just throwing a suggestion out
"No this company took back their deal" he says stressed " Wait what? The one for downtown?"
"Yes that was a guarantee pay out, fuck" Zac says upset with himself. Fatima didn't have much to say because she knew something was bound to happen. One of the major things besides his freedom was the business, that Zac's actions would affect.
"Damn it man. That's three fucking deals in the fucking trash. This shit is stupid." He says rubbing his head
"Zac it's no use in getting upset. Just let it fly over and it'll figure itself out. You're acting like their aren't hella companies trying to work with you."
"I get that T but those companies want to pay less which means I would have to take on more."
"Zac seriously? Do I have to come back to the office for you to grow some balls. Up your price and they will pay if they want the work."
"Those three weren't a hassle, they automatically over exceeded my price before I even said a word"
" Do you need me to call like my office is right there shit I'll use your phone" Fatima says getting up
"Sit the hell down, I got this. You just want to do something do you" Zac says
"I want you to act like you know. That's all" she responds
" I got it T" Zac says as he focuses back on the computer
Some time goes by and Fatima is getting antsy, she moving around the office. Being clingy with Zac, honestly ready to go home.
"What else do you have to do babe?" Fatima ask
"T, I'm working babe. I knew you shouldn't have come, I have a few more things left and then we can go. Well we can't even leave yet because we have to wait for Andi" Zac says and Fatima groans. She comes over to sit on Zac's lap and he allows, shaking his head.
"Babe, seriously?" He ask
"Can I just have a kiss, I'll leave you alone" she says
"You won't leave me alone, you said that the last time" Zac says right before Fatima grabs his face kissing him. The way she kissed him, is a way the two signal they're ready for something else.
"Nope, get off of me" Zac says and Fatima sucks her teeth
"Come on, I want you"
"You just want me to stop working so we can go home and you know I need to do this" Zac says
"And I need to do this" Fatima says grabbing at his belt loop
"See you starting something and you know when it comes time later you'll be running. You better stop" Zac warns her
"Why can't you show me now" she pouts
"Fatima stop it and sit your ass over there so I can finish" Zac demands and Fatima follows
"You didn't even get me Starbucks, can we go" Fatima says with her arms folded
"T seriously?"
"Babe I'm serious" Fatima says
"Ask Cody to run and grab it, I seriously have to finish" he says
"Whatever" she says getting up and heading to the front, asking Cody to make a Starbucks run. He gets himself together and heads out.
Fatima comes back and sits on the couch with her face pouting
"You're getting what you want, what is the problem now?" Zac says looking up from the computer screen
"You know what I want" she says
"And I promise as soon as we get in the door, I got you" he says and Fatima smiles
"Andi should be here any minute"Fatima says
"Cody isn't at the front to let her in" Zac says
"I sent her the entry code, but she just text telling me she was close" Fatima says looking down at her phone
"When are you going to clean the garage out" Fatima ask and Zac drops his pen, taking his glasses off.
"When I say, you can't come to work with me I swear I mean it." Zac says
"I'll just go sit in my office, with your mean self" Fatima says getting up making her way out his office into the hallway. When she stepped out she noticed Anthony standing by the front desk
"What the actual fuck are you doing here?" She says immediately
"I actually came to get a thank you" he says smirking "you look beautiful by the way" he continues
"You need to get the fuck out. This is private property and you're trespassing" Fatima says raising her voice
"Thank me and I'll leave, after all I did save your bitch ass husband from doi-
"Anthony I'll have you arrested immediately" Andi says coming in the door "What the hell are you doing here?!" Andi says and in that moment Zac was standing in the hallway
"Zac go back in your office" Andi says and he hesitates
"Get your ass in there" Fatima says sternly.
"Why the fuck is he on my property, nigga you wanna die?"Zac ask as Fatima pushes him in the office
"Is he threatening me?" Anthony says
"A restraining order was filed on you, you're violating the order. You're trespassing on private property and if you really want by to push it, you're endangering a pregnant woman. If I call the police that will cancel out any dumb ass claim you're trying to push forward and get you arrested."Andi says
"I just stopped by for my thank you" Anthony reiterates
"Andi I'm calling security" Fatima says lifting her phone as Zac pushes his way back into the hallway. Anthony jumps back, making his way to the exit
"Zac stop!"
"I'll have you laid out right here" Zac yells out while Fatima is trying to hold him back. Let's not forget she's 7 months pregnant.
"Better have my money" Anthony says walking out the office
Zac punches the wall and Fatima flinches
"Zac!" Fatima yells
"Zac you need to calm the fuck down, do you want to go to jail!" Andi yells at him
"Why the fuck was he in here!" He says
" I don't know. I'll file another order of protection and I'll contact his lawyer for trespassing on your property" Andi says quickly typing on her phone
"Can you calm down please" Fatima says to Zac as Cody comes back in with Fatima's Starbucks order.
