"Ang ganda," I mumbled as I watch the ray of sun finally meeting the ocean at least in my own eyes.

The strike of colors blue, orange and yellow are blending perfectly creating a beautiful scenery. I was left in awe as if it is the only time I would witness it in my entire life. Kasama ang mahihihinang tawanan at hampas ng alon na aking naririnig, I closed my eyes to appreciate it more while feeling the blow of winds smoothly caressing my skin. I had always liked sunrise but I have to admit that there is really something about sunset.

Comfort.

After a while I opened my eyes and took my phone inside my pocket, itinapat ko sa papalubog na araw kasama ang kamay ko para kuhanan ng litrato. I'm currently at Luna, La Union with some family members, trying to gain some peace of mind when I suddenly hear a loud voice calling my name from afar. Yeah right, peace of mind. Naningkit ang mga mata ko habang pinapanuod ang pagtakbo ng pinsan ko papalapit saakin.

"Sis, omg!" I glanced at her since it's her expression that got my attention. I raised my right eyebrow.

"Bakit?"

"Tofie sent me a picture while they're strolling to find a resto!" hinigingal pa siya habang nagsasalita.

"Uhuh, and?" she handed me her phone.

"Look! Geo's around the corner lang tapos kasama niya pa si Vera!" My eyes silently landed on her phone. Magkahawak kamay ang dalawa habang abalang nagli-liwaliw.

"Oh tapos?"

"Akala ko ba siya rason ng break up niyo?!" nakasigaw pa rin ang pagsasalita. Tumahimik ako saglit dahil sa sinabi niya.

We broke up mainly due to his cheating with Vera and at some point, his uncontrollable vices were somehow included. "Ang perfect oh and your shape!" pagpuri niya habang zino-zoom ang litrato. Kinuha ko na sakanya ang camera para kuhanan din siya ng litrato.

Matapos ng pakukuha ng mga litrato ay napagdesisyunan naming bumalik na sa transient na malapit lang sa kinaroroonan ng beach dahil kanina pa raw ako hinahanap ni Kuya para kumain. While we were walking I was able to saw Geo from afar, what a coincidence, and a flashback suddenly comes in.

"Huwag mong sayangin 'yong oras, tiwala, pagmamahal at buhay na pwede niya pang ibigay sa susunod niyang relasyon." saad ko at binawi ang kamay mula sakanya.

"I... I didn't mean to--"

I gave out a chuckle. "Really? Hindi sinasadya, kahit pangalawang beses na 'to? Then you should have not proposed to me in the first place!" nanahimik siya pagkatapos kong sabihin 'yon.
