I woke up cuffed to a pole in front of a fancy-ass looking man. 'Where am I?' I was sitting on the ground in front of many people, I recognised the people who were attacking the 'titan' on my left.

"What's your name?" The man asked me.

" Kochou (Y/N)" I replied simply, not wanting any problems.

"OK, Kochou. Would you like to explain what you were doing outside the wall with a weapon," I had many questions including:

'Oh, that wall. Is it protection against the 'titans'? Are there multiple cities like this? Did they need the walls because these 'Titans' eat humans? Were they smart like demons? Are they as strong as demons? Did they have a king? Can they kill me? '

"Answer Kochou (Y/N)," He said to me. 'I need to think!' I paused 'Wait- if I say I'm drunk like that man said earlier it may be believable!' I shook my head a bit and thought of how death would feel in between the jaws of a 'titan'. I got a pink tint at the thought and smiled weirdly, I looked like I was intoxicated.

"Uhhh- Hellloooooo~ Mr.Titan!" I said to him smiling like an Idiot still red and creating drunk movements,

"We believe she may have been drunk inside the walls and followed us on horseback outside the wall," A blonde, large eyebrowed male confidently replied to him, He stood next to the black haired shortie.

"I think this is excused but action must be taken for this breach of the law," He sat tall and looked down at me. "Miss (Y/N). As your punishments for this severe breach of the law, you must join the survey corps for the minimum of 2 years" Everyone in the hall gasped .

"Your honour, don't you think that's a bit severe!"

"She could die!" Wait, what would I would?! I'll glady do it then!

"Levi," He looked towards the short guy and continued "I believe you will take action if something like this happens again, she should also be prohibited from drinking" With that he walked towards me and kicked me in the stomach. 'how many times would he have to do that to kill someone' The thought made my cheeks become brighter.

"Do not worry, I won't be soft on her. I'll put her through the same training regiments and punishments as every other scouts," He said as he continued kicking me. I felt about 2 bleeding teeth, a fractured rib and a few bruises. Of course I didn't flinch which just made me gain more bruises.

"This case is dismissed if everyone has come to an agreement," He hit the hammer on the table and everyone left the room. 'Guess this trial has finished,' I stood up and the cuffs shattered leaving crumbs of it on the floor. Erwin, shortie and a... four eyes? walked up to me eyes wide from shock.

"How-How did you do that?" Erwin asked me I looked at the chains on the floor.

"Maybe they're just bad quality," I shrugged and walked out the room.

"That could hold a titan..." Four eyes said to Erwin. They stood there stunned before catching up to me.

"OK brat, we're going to start with some basic ODM gear training," 'What the fuck is that' I thought. "Put that on and try to balance for at least 45 seconds." I put it on and fell over constantly.

"What's the point?" I asked him.

"ODM gear stands for Omni-Direction manoeuvre gear, It will give you an advantage over Titans" .'Oh so it's for manoeuvring, I don't need that'

"Then it's unneeded," I said as I unstrapped the buckles and jumped down. He raised an eyebrow and I continued. "I already can jump the height of a building and run the speed of a hare." He clearly didn't believe me and I proposed I show him. Proving myself was fun and the amazement in his eyes made me happy. Happier than I ever felt relishing over death... 'Why haven't I asked him to kill me yet,' I paused at the sudden realisation 'They say people have a change of heart just before death! Could that be happening to me! FINALLY I'M GOING TO DIE!'

"Are you still drunk," Shortie came and said to me.

"No, just thinking about something," I replied smiling as usual. He looked at me confused and It looked like he was about to ask me something he wanted to for a long time.

"How do you have these increased abilities," He asked me. My smile faltered for a second and it seemed he noticed. "Tell me Kochou," I took a deeep breath and began. I wanted to explain a bit to him but I ended up spilling all of it, just like his tea cup shattered and spilled on the floor. "Are you sure?" He stated, confused.

"Of course, I know most people wouldn't believe me but-" Shortie continued after what I had said.

"Don't worry, In a place with 'Titans' I believe you," He mumbled but I could only hear him because of my increased hearing.

"Thanks shortie!" I replied to him and he looked at me like he was about to kick me.

"It's Levi just call me 'Levi' from now on," I nodded and responded to his statement.

"OK Levi" I was interrupted-

"Say It like that again and I'll change my mind,"

"OK, OK call me (Y/N) from now on then," I suggested. He cocked an eyebrow.

"Why would I call you by your surname?"

"It's my first name though,"

"But at the trial you said you were 'Kochou (Y/N)'" He brought forward.

"I usually put the surname first, sorry" I was still smiling like my younger sister Shinobu.

"With this (Y/N), I would say your test is finished," He coughed and turned away. "You are free to join my squad," . 'His ears were red is he imagining death in battle as well' I blushed as well, before he turned back. "You start tomorrow, come to the mess hall for breakfast," He walked off fast, even with his short legs- I dashed after him and pat his shoulder.

"Where am I supposed to sleep?" I asked him 'I'm not sleeping on the floor!' He 'tched' whatever that was- and held his head.

"We haven't organised that yet," Levi revealed and I nearly cried.

"I DON'T WANT TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR!" I yelled and fell to the very floor I was talking about. Levi laughed. wait what- HE LAUGHED.... "Levi~~" He looked at me disgusted like before... "You laughed!" He turned away and looked at the floor.

"You can sleep in my room today," He muttered as he walked away. 'I'm not sleeping on the floor!' I thought. 'I'm sleeping in Levi's room-huh? What? I'm sleeping where, now!'
