1. Sisters love

Riley's POV

"Get out!" My dad shouted at me
"Go get your stuff and get out!" I ran upstairs and quickly packed a bag of the important things and ran back down to see my angry dad and my mom looking scared in the corner.
"Come on! Get out NOW!" and I was shoved out the door.

I walk down my path wondering where I could go. I know. My sister. I think I remember where she works even though I've not see her in a few years. Fire station... what is it. 19. Fire station 19. That's it.

-20 minutes later-

I've finally arrived. I walk in and up to the desk.

"Hi is my sister here?" and the man just looks at me. Oh right.

"My sister is Maya Bishop. Is she here?"

"You're Bishop's sister, wow we've all been wondering when we would meet the famous Riley. Sorry kid, Maya's out on a call right now but they shouldn't be long now" the thing that stuck out for me in that sentence is that Maya talks about me. The famous Riley. I guess that's me.

"Can I wait for her?"

"Sure kid. Do you want to wait in the lounge or Maya's office?"

"Um... the office please."

"Okay, I'll take you up. I'm Dean Miller by the way."

"Nice to meet you"

"You too kid"

We walked up to Maya's office.

"Like I said they shouldn't be long. I'll tell Maya you're waiting for her in here"

"Thanks"

I walk around to Maya's desk and see photos. There's a photo of me. And a photo of me and Maya together. There's another photo of Maya with a women that I don't recognise.

Maya's POV

We've just arrived back from the call and we're walking into the station when I hear

"Bishop"

"Miller, what's up?"

"Your sister is in your office." What.

"Riley is in my office?"

"Yeah she came about half an hour ago looking for you."

"Okay, thanks Miller"

I walk up to my office to see no Riley. I walk into my bunk room to see Riley laying on my bed sleeping. I walk over and sit beside her.

"Riles"

"Riley"

"Maya?" She says very sleepy

"It's me. Hi" and she launches herself onto me into a tight hug

"I missed you too kiddo" I say to her while laughing

"I missed you Maya"

"Come here kiddo, come here" and she sits in my lap

"What are you doing here Riles?"

"Dad kicked me out" she say very quietly but I still caught it. What.

"What happened?"

"He saw me kiss a girl" anger. That is what I feel right now anger towards my Dad for doing this to Riley when she did nothing wrong.

"You're okay now. I promise you. You can come live with me" and she pulls away to look at me

"Really?"
