Chapter 3

A couple months have passed since the event, and I now appear to have taken a long break from the optional mission. But I admit, those two birds did a very good job. I have nothing to do today. I am just physically moving ammunition carts through the armory section. The crews customize or purchase weapons in the cafeteria. The black cube, however, appears to have been taken by Azur Lane after the event. There's something bad about that black cube that doesn't sit well with them.

Speaking of the cube? I checked it every day, but nothing has happened yet, only intense glowing. Even though it was enclosed in sealed glass, I chose to keep it isolated in the research lab and watch it through a camera. After pushing many ammunition carts. My systems seem to be acting up.

Saturn: "Short Maintenance on the way."

I initiate maintenance and fixed the bug. However, the bug originated from the lab. I decided see the results; the bug file name is in Japanese. I don't mind it though I am always active scanning and maintaining. One thing, though Marcos wouldn't tell me if they having portal maintenance. A negative outcome can result unsynchronized time or we called this time gap. As far I've overheard while I was on the Voyager. I think the main timeline is unused temporarily but focusing current time on this world.

Later, I returned to the bridge and sat on the master control. In summary for Damang's Activity, he did well collect some information. Especially sneaking into the library. The sirens are somehow little bit strong. The invaders fortunately came from another world. The Reason of invasion: UNKNOWN...

Saturn: "Perhaps I should see Azur Lane Base myself without anyone noticing."

My radar detected an unusual item after I spoke. This one, however, has the strength of a Mythian power source and should not be handled by anyone. Good timing though, since they're already there. As I was already prepared, I just needed active camouflage a bit further on the base to remain undetected. I will return to Midway sooner once I have collected the power source.

Once the engines on my ship is started, I ascended to an altitude of 10,000ft and headed towards the Azur Lane base. Upon reaching the base as planned, the distance limit must be between 7-9km circling around the area 24hrs. I will notify my drone expedition team that I will be arriving soon. It is early Saturday morning at 2AM - I am fine with the time. While I'm traveling, I needed some upgrades and tweaks for my ship.

Saturn: "What would admiral feel about this."

3rd P.O.V – Azur Lane base forest

Meanwhile, at Damang's Team Little camp. Within the base, everything is green and well hidden. They have radar dishes, solar panels, and some of the defense and weaponry items are covered in foliage to blend into the forest. Especially them, Damang, Tyler, and Krokodil. The 3 of them are on the cliff, watching over the base. Damang perked up and walked back into camp while others stood watch.

Damang P.O.V

A minute later, I returned to the cliff. I raised my front legs and waved to draw their attention, and their cupolas and cameras turned on me.

Damang: [Our boss is heading to that base soon, so we need to keep an eye on him to protect him.]

Tyler: [So our boss went outside for a break?]

Krokodil: [An exquisite activity with him.]

Damang: [Not really, but it's a very critical one. The base has been known to us for a couple of months now. So, we don't have any problems with it. As a result of our purpose, our boss is already familiar with the base.]
