Chapter 7: Everything You Said To Me

Two days later, it was time for the memorial. It was more on the private side. Only family and close friends were allowed in. A few fans showed up outside of the church for support. They handed the other boys letters, gave flowers and condolences to Louis' family, and the other boys appreciated that.

One girl in particular couldn't stop crying. This made Niall, Liam, and Zayn cry even more. Zayn went over and hugged her. The hug lasted minutes as they cried on each other's shoulders. "Don't cry. Louis wouldn't want that. He never could stand seeing fans cry, and he definitely wouldn't want to be the reason for it.", Zayn whispered.

Inside, there wasn't one dry eye. Everyone was crying. Even Simon.

"I remember seeing you 5 perform together for the first time.", he told the 3 remaining boys. You sang "Torn", and it was hard for me to believe you were that good. I knew then you were going to be huge. I remember Louis being the one to always cheer everyone up. Even when everyone in The X Factor house was stressing over their rehearsals, he could make them laugh.", Mr. Cowell spoke into the microphone. "I remember when he got stung by the sea urchin. It looked so painful, yet he was smiling. He was always brightening up the room.", he finished.

There were a few moments of silence, until the 4 Tomlinson sisters arrived on the podium. Simon hugged each of them and stood behind them for support as they spoke.

Felicite was first. "Louis.", she sobbed as his name trembled from her lips. "Louis was the best brother I ever could've asked for." Lottie stepped in. "He was always there for us and always protected us. I remember he used to say "When I'm away from home, I miss you all. But promise you won't forget about me.", he used to laugh. I'll miss hearing those words, but we'll never forget about you, Louis.", she smiled a bit as tears streamed down her face. All Lottie, Felicite, Daisy, and Pheobe could do was cry when the slideshow began.

There were so many pictures- funny ones, nice ones, rare ones, photoshoot ones... Louis geniunely looked so happy in each and every one.
