Ahh, I'm so sad! I didn't wanted to go to a new place! I'll lose all of my friends... That's okay! It means that I'll get to live in a new house,make new friends,and study with new teachers! I can't wait to meet all of them! Goiky seems a nice place to live at.
*Knock Knock*
"Please enter!" I said. It was my mom ,she sat next to me and put her hand on my shoulder.
"Honey, I know that's hard for you, but I believe you will make friends very soon, you are so good at it!" She smiled to me.
I smiled back. "Thanks mom, I'm getting used to it!"
She gave me a hug and left.
I finished packing my things up and went downstairs.
"Bye old house..." i whispered to myself.
"Come in girls!" My dad said. As he started the car we fastened our seat belts and left. I always looked out the window to see the landscape, i didn't do that much because otherwise I would get sleepy. I talked to my parents about my day and sometimes I asked about words I had seen in boards. I also asked about my new school,but they said I was too anxious to know and told me to wait until the day comes. I wanted them to answer but I just groaned and laid my head on the car seat and tried to sleep.
5:45 am
When I woke up, I was blindfolded. For a moment I thought I had been kidnapped, then someone picked me up,I thought, "if it was a kidnapper, i would have my hands tied." The person who had picked me up, left me in foot. I heard two giggles,then I felt my heart stop; One was more feminine and the other more masculine. Then I felt a hand on my face,the hand was carefully taking off the blindfold that was on my face.
Then i saw two figures.
"Surprise! Welcome to our new house!" It was my parents.
When I looked up, i saw a big house, it was regular to the others and it was very tall! It even had a playground in front of it! I felt my eyes filling with tears.
"I loved it!" I ran and hugged my parents.
"It still 6 am, Do you want to take a tour of the city?" My dad asked.
"Yes!"
"Hahahah, Before you go, we want to give you a gift. My mom said.
"We bought you a diary while you were asleep, So you can write how do you feel about the city and your new life on it."
When I received the diary it had a green color with a tag at the top saying ' My Diary '.
"Thanks Mommy and Daddy!"
In the tour...
The Goiky was just a village, but there was a big city behind it called Yoyle City, it seemed like it was abandoned but there were so many shops! I wonder why did they abandoned such a big place. There were many big towers but the biggest tower was called Yoyle Needy, and there was a old science museum that just based on it's front side we can see it is abandoned.
We didn't entered anywhere, we didn't know if it was safe so we avoided entering.
"Woah doesn't time float? Now it's 11 am! We should get back home so we can start tidying up our new house!" My mom said.
"Leafy,do you think you can help us with organizing your room? You can tell us where exactly you want the furniture to stay." My dad said.
"Okay daddy!"
After organizing their house...
"I love our new house!" I sighed and then turned in to a smile.
"We love it too honey!" My mom giggled.
"You can go check your room or start writing on your new diary, meanwhile i get some time to put other furnitures on its place and your mom will start cooking the lunch since the kitchen is ready."
"Ok!" I went upstairs and then looked at my room.

Over my bed it was a leaf plush that my mom was knitting for me. She told me that only moms that are proud of their son give those to them.
