So let's start from something simple.

Katai Makoto works in a muscle maid cafe 💪. Somehow Tadano and his classmates like Naruse get to know this and visit him at work. Katai embarrassed and so on. I don't know what they do together yet, having fun and probably some maid cafe stuff as you may see on the Internet. Somehow Tadano gets attracted to (Katai's) muscles and becomes regular visitor or even VIP of this cafe and they become closer. They walk home together, talk, Katai writes messages on omurice etc. Katai also can give Tadano valentine's chicolate. Someday Katai might save Tadano from "bad guys" still wearing a maid costume. There may be episode where not only Tadano wears the maid costume, but all their friends from onsen photo shot episode (manga chapter 110) to help Katai at work or something.
As you see right now I don't have many details for this idea.
