"I've had enough! You are an embarassment, really. You are obnoxious, loud and not even funny! I can't stand it anymore! I'm breaking up with you. Expect me to be packed up and out in an hour. Oh, and I'm taking Flick," Kristy spat out. She turned around and left the room, leaving Jimmy standing there, silent, shocked, tear-eyed. They just had the biggest argument yet and it ended in the inevitable.
He heard a suitcase being opened and then it dawned on him.
This was real.
His girlfriend is leaving.
After almost two years together.
He will be alone.
The time was flying by as he just stood there, silently listening to his now ex girlfriend packing all of her belongings.
"No no no no Kristy WAIT!" He yelled after her as she packed and took the animal carrier with one of their cats, Flick, in it.
"Goodbye Jimmy," she turned around, standing in the door frame. "I cheated on you anyways," with that, she closed the door.
Jimmy felt a tear run down his face.
Then another.
He soon broke down on the floor of his apartment, sobbing loudly and creating a pool of salty liquid on the wooden surface.
That night he almost didn't sleep, thinking where did he go wrong.
She called him loud.
She called him obnoxious.
Was he really that annoying?
At the end, he fell asleep as the sun rose, at 5am, and woke up at 2pm.
He really lazily got out of bed and made himself a basic "breakfast" that contained cereal with milk and a small cup of coffee.
He then remembered he had a stream planned for 4pm so he took a quick shower and made himself look somewhat presentable.
He sat in front of his computer and turned it on. He checked his discord pings and if OBS was working and turned on YouTube to stream. He clicked "go live" and smiled to his camera.
"Hey guys! Today we will be playing Phasmophobia with the gang once again, we got me, Grian, Joel and Lizzie! Now let's see who is already online," Jimmy joined a vc. "Lizzie! Lizzie's here! Hi! Thank you for not betraying my trust in you!"
"Don't worry Jim, I'm always here first!" The woman giggled.
She laughed.
He is funny.
Jimmy snapped out of his thoughts at the sound of another person joining, Joel.
"Hi Jim," the man greeted. "Oh hi Joel, how are you holdin up?" The blonde asked, recieving a short answer of "fine". "Now where is Grian? What is he doing now?... Oh my god he just told me he's dusting his shelves. He's actually- oh my god." He pinched his nose bridge. As much as he knew this would be inevitable, he was still annoyed at his friend. After a few minutes of talking the sound of someone joining was heard again.
"Grian! Finally! How long can it take to dust a few shelves?!" Jimmy said annoyed. "Hey! I have a lot of books and little trinkets on my shelves, Tim! Not my fault you don't clean your house!" This struck the blonde a bit, but he didn't let it show. His apartment was a pure mess. He didn't have it in him to clean anything and he was sure he won't for some time.
