I wake up in his arms and don't want this moment to end, ever. I roll over and kiss him gently on the lips and he wakes up.
"Well you know how to wake somebody up don't you?" He says as I smile. I get up and go to and shower as he follows me "Can I join?" He asks as he takes off his boxer shorts.
"Yea but I have patrol after wanna join me with that to?" I say smiling knowing the answer is yes.
After the 'quick' shower I get dressed and go outside with Jacob behind me and change into wolf form and go in to the woods along with a few others. Me and Jacob go one way while the others go the other way. Jacob get ahead of me and stops abruptly and changes back to human form I change as well.
"What's wrong Jacob?"
"I think we should turn back babe I'm getting a bad feeling about this place." I nod and turn to walk away and run in to a rouge. SHIT!!!! Jacob is already back in his wolf and tearing apart this rouge. I scream as the rest of the patrollers are making there way to us.
I go back into wolf form but by the time I change the fight is already over. I sit down and howl bloody murder, and run back to the house and go to my bed room. Jacob isn't far behind me, he opens the door to our bedroom and sit down in front of me. "Are you OK Des?" I just sit there and stare into space with a blank look on my face. "That rouge w-wa-was my brother...."
He looks at me courisouly and says "What do u mean 'that was your brother?'"
I look down and the tears start streaming down my face as I try to talk then Ace, Frankie, and Jackson all barge in to our room.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" they all scream
Jacob turns around and looks at them anger and sadness all clear on his face and tells them "The rouge we killed was Destinys brother...."
They all start yelling at Jacob for killing Ray, my brother, I stand up and get in front of Jacob.
"He did what he is supposed to do he is the alpha of this pack and he is supposed to protect the pack, he didn't kill Ray for no reason if he wouldn't have killed Ray, Ray would have killed me."
They all stop screaming and Jacob wraps his arms around my waist "I'm really sorry I killed your brother if I would have kn-" I look up at him and give him a smile before I give him a kiss.
"Baby it's ok I know what you were doing you were protecting me and the pack if it was you I danger I would have done the same thing."
I look at my beta and tell her 'You and Sebastian go tell the pack to watch the woods and have them take shifts throughout the night'
she nods and pushes Frankie and Jackson out the door. I look up to Jacob and say " Your staying inside with me tonight we will have this house all to our selfs tonight. The pack is watching the woods for more rouges."
He smiles "So you don't hate me for what I did?" I shake my head no. "How can I hate somebody I love so much?"
