"Mom! Look I can fly!" The little girl said, jumping from one end of the sofa to the next. "Lily! Stop that! You will get hurt!" Her mother called to her, chuckling slightly.

The moment flashed back to the present, and a young girl, no older than sixteen, sat in a graveyard, soaked to the bone in the rain. The girl placed some lilies next to a tombstone. "I'll miss you mom, it hasn't been the same without you." She said, while tears slid down her face. She stood up and began walking, whilst water pooled around her feet.

Everyone tried reassuring her that everything would be alright, that it would get better, but their reassurances fell on deaf ears. She had lost the one person that had truly cared for her, and now the world just seemed so much darker.

She slowed her pace as she reached her destination. She stared at the beautiful deep blue ocean below her. She closed her eyes as hot tears ran down her cheeks, at least she would see her mom again.

"Look mom, I can fly."

Authors Note: Well that was dark. I wrote this one myself, I think it's good to raise awareness about this stuff, even if it is absolutely tragic. Most of my stories are more cheery, at least in my opinion, so the next one will be more lighthearted. Take care reader!
