(Hello to all of my fellow readers! You are currently reading a side story to my main book called "A Journey Beyond." This was not an idea I originally had. However, with all of the chaos of life I have decided to take up a friend's challenge. The short story you are about to read will contain 600 words or less. Of course, the few words up here do not count. Now, I shall begin the challenge. Enjoy and if you like the challenge, please do not hesitate to share it with your friends! I enjoyed coming up with this story and if there are any more challenges, I would love to take the offer up. I am leaving it up to the reader to decide whose POV it is this time. Anyways, the story will begin now. Thanks for your support!).

The starlit moon danced across the glimmering night sky. Cecilias and wild glaze lilies flow throughout the hall. I stopped and smelled the sweet fragrances of the flowers. My lips curled in delight at the pleasant smell as I waited for the church bells to ring. Standing beside me was a tall, yet charming young man. He was dressed in a brown tuxedo. The man's hair was half up in a man bun with the rest of his hair down. That look does suit him, I thought to myself as I straightened myself up. I felt as though my hair needed grooming. However, I came to realize it was too late. The sound of the bells chimed and I watched the crowd of people enter the building. I was anxious. I felt as though the butterflies I experimented with could burst into a thousand flames. The only difference was that the butterflies were in my stomach. That was when I looked up and saw an angel appear before my eyes. She was dressed in blue with a hint of white. Her dress flowed like the wind and her face was beaming. I wish I had her light.

—-------Different POV—-------

The sound of the church bells rang. I was excited to see my dearest friend. I should say this was not a friend, but rather a lover. Today was the day that my lover would become mine. Before the bells rang, I took a stroll down in the pale moonlight. I felt a feeling in my chest that I had never felt before. My heart ached, yet it did not ache in pain. Instead, my heart ached in pure love. As I watched the people enter the room, I felt a sense of warmth gather around me. I was touched to see my dear friends celebrating the special day with me. As the bells rang, I saw a dashing figure. Dressed in all black, I knew immediately who I saw. It was the love of my life, and standing beside me was another dear friend of mine. We were both waiting to get married.

—---Different POV—--

The organ started playing and I was walking down the aisle. I was nervous. I heard my heart beating faster with each step I took. When I reached the love of my life, I heard him softly whisper in my ear. "I love you. That is why I am making you mine forever today."

—----Different POV—---

I finally got to the edge of the staircase. The priest gave his long speech. I wanted to get the vows done and over with as quickly as possible. Ugh, I hate crowds! I thought as I approached my other half. Beaming with joy, my other half smiled and welcomed me in his arms. We all finally heard the words "I do." I, along with the others were now officially married.

—--After Party—-

The four friends entered the room. Streamers, balloons, among other party decorations were around the walls and floors of the beautiful cottage. Other friends and family were gathered around cheering and welcoming of the four that got married. As the four entered the room, music started to play. Each groom played their significant other's song.

All that was heard was

"She's a she's a lady, and I am just a boy..." and "'Cause I-I-I'm in the stars tonight

So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight." The couples were brought together at last. The remix was a hit as it was played throughout the night.
