Appearance
♡» She stands at 5'10 or 177cm and as she's a hybrid, she has the features of both a gargoyle and a werewolf. She has grey skin made entirely of stone, including a pair of wolf ears and a set of small wings on her back, both also made of stone. Her curly hair is mostly a very desaturated orange except for her fringe, which she has dyed shades of purple to match her usual preference for purple clothes. Her outfit style is rather punk, with faux fur details thrown in for good measure. She wears a lot of bandaids on her cracked skin as a fashion choice.

Personality
♡» Most of the time, Phoebe is a pleasant ghoul to be around, she's down-to-earth and pretty easy to talk to. She is very forgetful, almost always forgetting something just after you tell her. She's extremely gentle, rarely ever acting angry or violent. She's supportive and will always be there to lend a helping hand if you need it. She's kind of a fanatic when it comes to stuff she likes, she loves to drone and on about what she's into, sometimes not stopping even if you ask her to. She's very naive, making her easy to string along, it'll take her a while to realise anything is wrong.

Biggest Pet Peeve
♡» Vandalism. As the daughter of an architect, it sickens me to see such beautiful buildings ruined by vandals. Most of the time, the city does nothing and that's even worse.

♡» Enhanced Hearing: She has superb hearing.
♡» Enhanced Strength: She is naturally strong and it increases under a full moon.
♡» Enhanced Speed: She can be super fast, especially under a full moon.
♡» Rapid Hair Growth: As a half-werewolf, Phoebe has very quick hair growth but because she's made of stone, it's only the hair on her head.

Weaknesses
♡» Wings: As previously mentioned, Phoebe is unable to fly. This is because her werewolf genetics prevented it.
♡» Weight: Phoebe is incredibly heavy, which prevents her from being able to do certain activities, such as swimming.
♡» Silver: As she's a half-werewolf, she is weakened by silver but not to the extent of her fully werewolf mother.

♡» For the longest time, she thought she was pansexual before realising her having a preference meant she couldn't be pan, the omnisexual label fits her much better.

♡» She always brings food from home to school as she can't stand the creepateria food.
♡» She accompanied the ghouls to Scaris for Clawdeen's internship as another guide after Rochelle requested it.
