"Woooah this is a nice place!"
Kiba exclaimed as Naruto let them in the mansion.

"So hold up, Sasuke is at an asylum!? I knew he was crazy but not enough to end up in a place like that!? The hell has he done!?"
Naruto sighed at Menma. They all sat down on the couch. Naruto was feeling nervous not sure what to reveal to them.

"Well y'all know how he is. Besides there's nothing wrong on getting some mental help."

"Hmph, true but something still feels off. But how you been? You haven't contacted us in a while."

"I've been...good—"

"You hesitated. What has that bastard done to you!"
Suddenly Menma was all up on Naruto's face gripping on his shoulders.

"Woah! Menma chill out!"
Kiba tried to pull Menma off Naruto but failed too. Naruto could see the anger in his brother's eyes.

"I'm pregnant!... I'm pregnant"
They both froze from shock. Menma released his hold on Naruto and sat back down.

"For real?"
Menma mumbled, Naruto nodded.

"W-Wow congrats Naruto!"
Kiba embraced Naruto while Menma just sat there.

"....I'm going to be an uncle!? Holy shit!"
Menma stood up and started pacing still not believing the news.

"Wow! You're pregnant! Imma be an uncle!"
Menma hugged Naruto.

"I can't believe it! Naruto this is gonna be your first child! How are you feeling?!"
Menma's question made Naruto frown.

"....Actually its not my first..."
Menma and Kiba gave him a confused look.

"Huh! Wait you've had another one!? Where are they!?"
Menma started looking around the mansion.

"You won't find them...I..."
Naruto could feel the tears starting to build up. Kiba noticed his reaction and sat with him.

"What happened to your first?"
Naruto gripped the couch as the tears started to fall.

"I...I uh...had a miscarriage..."

"What!? And you didn't tell us!? Naruto thats something you shouldn't hide!"
Menma was feeling mixed emotions.

" I'm okay.....besides I have a second chance now."
Menma sighed.

"Alright, I just can't imagine you going through all that alone..."

"......I had Sasuke. Anyways how you guys been?"

"Well our relationship is good. Kakashi and Iruka are doing well although Iruka did get sick but he's okay now." Menma explained.

"Wait how long is Sasuke staying there for? What if he misses—" Naruto interrupts Kiba not wanting to hear what he was going to say next.

"He won't miss it. He promised he'll behave so they can let him out early."

2 MONTHS LATER

"So how is it? Are they treating you alright?"
Naruto asked while holding Sasuke's hands.

"It's going good and yes they are. How have you been? Is the baby okay?" Naruto smiled at him and nodded.

"Menma and Kiba have been helping me out a bunch. The baby is okay still growing." Sasuke brought Naruto's hands close to him and placed small kisses on them. He really did miss his mate.
