I never thought I'd be wearing all black with flowers in my hand this early. Everything just happened so fast , I thought my mom would be there forever but God has his reason for taking her this early a reason that I'll never know .
"She's in a better place" Alexis comforted me as I laid the flowers down onto my mom's grave
"Why didn't he take me instead" I cried
"You have a reason to still be here Mani" Reign hugged me
"Imma miss you mom" I cried
It was only Athena,Alexis ,Reign and I who were at the funeral,I decided to make it small since my family from my mum's side didn't want anything to do with her funeral cause she had me at a young age.
The day went by so fast ,I spent the day crying my eyes out and drinking the pain away . There was an empty bottle of Hennessy in my hand and a half smoked weed blunt in the other ,my mind was running wild and it felt so good.
