*7 months later*
*Mark's pov*
It was the night before the big day.
Zelda and I had gathered the wedding party, including Zelda's mom and my mom and step mom, and Kyle and Jen, since Kyle would be officiating, for their rehearsals dinner at a nice restaurant with a dance floor. Everyone was laughing together as we dined, bridesmaids and groomsmen taking turns telling embarrassing stories about the bride and groom to be.
The energy in the room was positive. It was so obvious that We were so in love with the way we kept looking at each other.
"There'll be plenty of time for making goo-goo eyes at each other tomorrow!" Jack says from across the table, his Irish accent playing upon the words. "Don't be mad no ones making goo-goo eyes at you!" Ashley, one of Zelda's bridesmaids shoots back. They all laugh. "It's okay, jack, I'm sure by Bob and Jada's wedding you'll have someone to make eyes at." Wade says. Jada and Bob grin, the engagement ring glittering on Jada's finger. "Oh, perfect! That gives me 4 months, I'll have to try extra hard!" Jack says sarcastically.
"Hey Mark!" Arin from the game grumps, says. "It's getting about that time!"
"Time for what exactly?" Suzy, Arins wife and bridesmaid, asks.
No one will comment, but all of us guys look at each other with grins on our faces. Bob, Wade, and Jack get up, and head over to the dance floor while Jack goes over to the sound system. Me and Arin also get up.
Jack puts on his phone and turns up the volume. The restaurant is quieting, and looking towards the dance floor. "Hi ladies and gents! My name is Jack, and that handsome man over there is getting married tomorrow!" Jack yells pointing at me. The restaurant gives scattered applause, as they all wonder what's going to happen. "We have a very special performance for the bride to be- that's her over there, cute as button! Anyway, please enjoy!"
Jack puts down the mic, and "Marry you" by Bruno Mars start to play, and Bob and Wade start off the dance, Me, Arin and Jack joining in after the first verse. We jump, and twirl and it's all pretty good. We end with Me standing, blowing a kiss to Zelda.
The restaurant now applauded with full force.
*Zelda's pov*
Ashley, Jada and I head over to the sound booth. Ashley grabs the two acoustic guitars she had stashed earlier. I grabbed the mic, and speak into it. "Hi everyone, I hope you'll forgive us for any inconvenience we may be causing, but my future husband isn't the only one with something special planned."
Ashley and Jada sit on stools and begin to play the song "Endlessly" by the cab, and I start to sing.
"There's a shop down the street,
where they sell plastic rings,
for a quarter a piece, I swear it.
Yeah, I know that it's cheap,
not like gold in your dreams,
but I hope that you'll still wear it.Yeah, the ink may stain my skin,
and my jeans may all be ripped.
I'm not perfect, but I swear,
I'm perfect for you...and there's no guarantee,
that this will be easy.
It's not a miracle ya need, believe me.
Yeah, I'm no angel, I'm just me,
but I will love you endlessly.
Wings aren't what you need, you need me.There's a house on the hill,
with a view of the town,
and I know how you adore it.
So I'll work everyday,
through the sun, and the rain,
until I can afford it.Yeah, your friends may think I'm crazy,
cause they can only see,
I'm not perfect, but I swear, I'm perfect for you...and there's no guarantee,
that this will be easy.
It's not a miracle ya need, believe me.
Yeah, I'm no angel, I'm just me,
but I will love you endlessly.

"So, you think you wanna marry me?" I joke to Mark. "Not getting cold feet on me are you, Mr. Fishbach?"
Mark kisses my forehead. "Are you kidding? Never. Not when I get to Marry you, future Mrs. Fishbach."
Rehearsal dinner had ended, and we were saying our goodbyes. Mark walks Me over to my moms car. I turns to face him, smiling. He smiles back, and takes my hands. "In less than 24 hours, I get to marry you. I'm the happiest man on the planet right now." He tells me. "I can't wait. I wish we were married now."
I blush and smile wider. I get up on my tippy toes and kiss him. "Patience, love. 3 pm tomorrow." I kiss him again, deeper this time.
He responds back, dipping his head in response. An "ahem." Is heard, and we break apart to see Zelda's mom standing there with Marks mom's. "Time to go, Mark." His mom says. "Awwww, do I have to?!" Mark whines. "Yes. I have to go to. Go get some rest. No one wants to see the groom yawning on the big day." I tell him. He opens the passenger door for me, and shuts it after I get in. I smile at him as my mom starts the car, and we drive off.
*the next day*
It was 10 minutes until the precession was scheduled to start.
I stood in front of the mirror. I wore an elegant but simple white dress that had lace and a sweetheart neckline. My tattoos were on full display, and my lavender hair was styled in a wavy do that hung down my back. Jada, who had come in to check on her, was wearing a halter topped high low dress in purple since she was My Maid of Honor. The other three bridesmaids wore dresses that were teal. "You're a beautiful Bride. Marks a lucky man." Jada says, standing next to me in the mirror.
I smile at my best friend. "I'm the lucky one. I get to keep him forever." I say, tearing up. "No, no, no, crying is not allowed just yet!" Jada laughs.
The door opens and Molly puts her head in, "Jada- wow Zelda you're stunning!" She gasps.
I turn to the door to smile at Molly. "Stop, you're going to make me cry!" I joke. "You are tho!! But- procession has started. Kyle and Mark are out in the chapel already, and it's apart at the point in the song for us to walk out with the groomsmen!"
Jada gasps. "It's time. Come on Zelda, you're up after us."
We make our way out, and join the procession line, Jada standing in front next to Bob, and Molly right behind with Wade. Suzy and Arin and Ashley and Jack stood together. Everyone takes a moment to look at Me, quickly uttering compliments. It's short lived, as the cue for the wedding party to proceed comes. I watch as they go, couple by couple, until finally I'm left waiting for the song cue.
*marks pov*
"A thousand years" by Christina Perri, the piano guys cover, plays throughout the chapel. I stand anxiously at the alter next to Kyle, not anxious about getting married, but anxious to finally see her.
The second verse part starts and the bridal party comes out one by one; Jada and Bob, who walk up to the alter, and split, Bob taking his place next to me as my best man, and Jada in the place she'll stand as Zelda's maid of Honor. Bob leans over and whispers with a grin, "Just wait till you see her!" They are followed by the others, who do the same one by one, until they all stand in their places just in time as the music crescendos and then-
The doors open as softly the piano plays the notes for the songs ending chorus.
Zelda, wearing a laced dress that ended in a decent length train, carrying a bouquet made of white and purple flowers, walks into the chapel. Everyone stood up to greet the bride. I felt tears in my eyes as she kept time with the song as she headed towards me. Halfway down, Sandy joins her daughter and walks her the rest of the way to the alter. The songs final notes play as they reach them. Sandy takes Zelda's right hand and gently puts it into My left, symbolizing her giving the bride away. I take her by the hands and Zelda steps up facing me, tears also brimming her eyes. Kyle addresses the large crowd, made of family, friends and YouTubers. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today..." He talks about bringing two souls together to become one.
"Mark and Zelda both have prepared their own vows to speak to each other. Mark, if you would..."
I clears his throat. "If it's true that people were made for each other, then you were made for me. You are the best thing that has ever happened to. I don't know what I would have done if we hadn't met. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I know life is hard. But I can't imagine it with another. I promise you to make you happy. And on the days I'm not making you happy, I'll try harder. I promise you my faithfulness. I promise you that I'll always remind you that you're beautiful. And if you don't believe me, I'll tell you even more. I promise I'll support you through anything, no matter what storms come our way. I love you, more than anything."
Zelda gently wiped tears away as I finished, and slipping the ring on her finger.
*Zelda's pov*
I took a breath as I took marks ring from Kyle. "Mark... You have said that I'm the best thing that has ever happened to you. But you are the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I honestly thought this would never happen, that I would never be loved or be able to love someone. But here we are- you love me in despite of myself. I promise you unconditional love and support, and on days I'm not i will correct it. I will honor you as my husband. I'll love you forever."
I sob, slipping the ring on Marks ring finger.
Kyle smiles big, "this is my favorite part!" He says, earning a laugh from the crowd. "Mark Edward Fishbach, do you take Zelda Nicole Costa to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do!" Mark says.
"And Zelda Nicole Costa, do you take Mark Edward Fishbach to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do!" I says.
"I take it we have no one who objects?" Kyle asks, the chapel quiet. He smiles and says. "Mark, Zelda, by the power invested in me through the state of California, I now pronounce you, husband and wife! You may kiss your bride!"
Mark grins at Me, but before he can make a move I throw my arms around his neck and kiss him. The crowd cheers and laughs and crys. I break the kiss, grinning. Mark grins back and immediately kisses me again, fist shooting up in the air. He had found the love of his life, and couldn't wait to spend the rest of it with her.
