-Siddharth's pov-

"Where is she?" I asked the girl who used to sit beside Avneet. "She's absent." She said, That bitch is absent today? That study worm is absent? What? It's not digestible. I scoffed and sat down on my seat which is right behind Avneet.

In other words, we can say that I chose this seat by myself because I love to tease her, especially when she gets angry and her pumpkin-like cheek turns into a red tomato. Ahhh- I love her that face.

"Okay so everyone pay attention." The annoying teacher called out. "We are performing an experiment." I sighed deeply. I'm totally not interested in it. "In this experiment you'll do observations on any plant. Pick up your partner, go out in the field and observe it. Write what you observe." Yeah yeah, you and your idiot experiments. Like now tell me what's the benefit of staring at a poor plant for hours? And what if the plant report us for sexual harassment? Huh? Lol.

"Your deadline is tomorrow. Get yourself together." She said and left the class. Who cares? I'm not interested in this stuff. What I'm interested is Avneet but where the fuck she is? I picked up my bag and got out of the class to find Avneet's friend Angelina. "Where's Avneet?" I asked her. She first checked me from head to toe. "Why are you asking?" What a rude bitch. "Just asking." I said. She leaned toward me and whispered "Are you missing her?" I cringed.

"Eww, no. Why would I miss her? I'm just getting bored, there's no one I can tease today." I justified myself. She hummed and said "She's sick that's why she took off." She's sick? No doubt she never took off. Is she seriously sick? I want to ask Angelina this too but she'll be like oh why are you so worried about her huh? Do you like her?

"Are you worried?" She asked me. Ugh-- this girl is so nosy. "Huh- I don't care. I told you I was just bored. I've no one to mess with." I rolled my eyes. She leaned a little closer and whispered "Mess with me." Ugh--- "No, I'm not interested in you." I said as I turned around to go away. "So are you interested in her?" She shouted. I turned around and glared at her. "Fuck off, Angelina." I shouldn't even have asked her. Ugh--- I guess. Today's going to be boring.

"Siddharth?" A voice stopped me from behind. I turned around to find an annoying botany teacher. "Are you doing the experiment?" I don't want to be scolded once again by her drum pitch voice. "Yes." I said. She smiled and asked "Who's your partner?" Ohh Damn, I forgot about this. "Avneet." The only name I could think of at that time. "Good boy." She patted my head and left from there.

Laying on my bed I kept thinking about that bitch. I dropped the bomb. I don't even know if those two feet will agree with me or not. I mean how sick she is? That she's skipping school. I don't want her to know but I'm kinda worried like that flat ass is skipping school because she's sick. She never did this before. That bitch has a super immune system. Should I check on her? I guess I should. No!!! No!!! I shouldn't. What if she caught me? Noo--- I will not tell her that I was there.

Standing in front of her house. I looked up at the window of her room. The light was turned off. I guess she's resting? Should I check? Of course! I can't enter through the main gate. Like what will I say to her parents? "Hey! I'm the one who always teases her the whole time but now I'm worried because she's sick so I just came here after a half hour drive just to check if she's okay."

Doesn't sound cool. I should probably climb up. I inhaled deeply and started climbing. As I reached up to her window. Should I look inside? Is it okay? It's okay. I'm not a thief. I peeked through the window while holding on to that mere branch of tree through which I climbed up. The tree was the closest to her window and I can even go inside if I want. The window was open.
