" I'M NOT GOING TO LAUGH... "
" WHY? "
YOU SAT on your bedroom floor with your eyes closed, only wearing your gi. You were meditating, as you always did to get rid of the nightmares that plagued your sleep. It was the same night, and you didn't have a clue how or why this had happened, but you knew it must have something to do with those monsters. They were there, lurking in every corner of your mind. And they weren't leaving you alone. Every time you close your eyes to try to rest your brain began to race through different scenarios. The only thing that kept you safe from these visions was when you took a deep breath, inhaling deeply then repeating until you finally let go of all thoughts and just breathed.
You opened your eyes when you heard the sound of footsteps coming towards your room. You glanced up and saw Nya enter the room running and panting. She stopped just outside your room and tried catching her breath before speaking. "Lord Garmadon, he's returned! He was spotted approaching Jamanakai Village!" Nya yelled. You stood quickly and ran to your closet as you put your armor onto your gi. You tied your hair into a low ponytail and put your hood on.
You rush to the dragon cabinets to travel with your dragon but when you arrive, one of the dragon doors hits Zane's head. Cole drops his weapon when mounting onto his dragon and Jay fails to mount onto his dragon as well. You look in disbelief as you sighed. Your dragon huffed.
"I don't need help mounting my dragon... I can climb just fine!" You heard Jay say as you roll your eyes. You mount onto your dragon, Zane looks at you and smiles as you pat your dragon on the nose. "Uh, can I help?" You heard Nya ask.
"Sorry, sis, where we go, danger abounds. This is a job for the ninja." Kai said as he fails to reach his dragon's reins. You sigh again. "Uh...Uh, a little help? Heh-heh" Kai says nervously. Jay laughs at him and your grab onto Jay's hand, making him yelp in surprise as he pulls himself onto your dragon.
"U-Uh, y-you know I could've gone on mine right?" Jay stammers out as you shrugged. "I assumed you couldn't get onto it" You answer as he nods and pats your dragon. Your dragon roars as you and the other ninjas fly off to Jamanakai Village with their dragons.

"Just like old times, eh, Rocky?" You heard Cole say to his dragon as you guys fly up into the sky. "You guys believe what Sensei said about unlocking our full potential?" Kai asked. You decided to tune out of their conversation, you had recently unlocked your full potential a while back. The rest haven't yet. But you believe they will one day.
