journal...he's used mr hand's work to make himself a dimension portal device (goggles). journal is now kind of a dimension traveler that stops people from escaping their dimensions. so like he's a "dimension gatekeeper"?? also when he becomes this he already stopped Mr hand, Mr hand is in the background because he's journal's reason for being a dimension traveler.
