James and Marcus

So it's been a month since Marcus had James and it's been wonderful I work and when Marcus picks me up I get James the rest of the day and I love it,I fell in love with the little guy I barley want Marcus to even pick him up any one for that matter.One day John tried to pick him up and I popped his hand he just looked at me and I laughed.Today me Marcus,James,John and my brothers are at the mall and I see this little girl that looked to be about 10 sitting alone in the food court while the boys was ordering there food so I walked up to her and asked was she ok she shook her head no and I asked what's wrong and she said I'm hungry and my mom told me to sit here and she would not be coming back and that was this morning she walked out the door and left my suitcase over there and she said if any one takes me it's fine.So I've been walking around and just sitting here hoping she would come back but she didn't.I told her to come with me and she did ,I walked over there with the boys and told her sit sit down in the booth the boys looked at me and said who is this the little girl just put her hands over her face a slide closer to me and I told her it's ok.I told the boys what she told me so Marcus got up and asked the little girl her name she said raina and he asked her what she wanted to eat and she told him a hamburger and fries and a juice to drink he went over and ordered it.He came back with her food and she ate like she haven't eaten in days,hope told her to slow down before she choked then asked her how long has it been since she ate and she said two days my mouth dropped I couldn't stand my parents but they still fed me.I pulled Marcus to the side and asked him was it ok if Raina stayed with us and yes I moved back in with him so I could be closer to James and he said yes she could so he gave me the car keys and told me he would get one of my brothers to drop him off I said ok and told Raina to come on i grabbed James and we walked to Marcus car and I strapped them both in a I drove off to Marcus house. When I pulled in the drive way Mrs.branch was there waiting she got out her car and walked over to me I got out and she hugged me and got james out the back seat.Hi Mrs.branch she sucked her teeth didn't I tell you to call me Moma but any way Marcus called me and told me what hall at the mall so I came to pick james up so you can get this little lady comfy and situated I said ok and have her the rest of james things and she said I will bring him back on Thursday it was Monday I started pouting and she laughed and it will be ok blow me a kiss and drove off I laughed a little myself.I told Raina to come on in the house I was on my two week vacation so I had time to get Raina comfy and not scared of anyone. I walked her to the other room down the hall the connected to James room and she walked in a said omg this room is huge and it has a bathroom
In it I laughed and said yes it does.So Raina tell me about you. She told me is was 10 going on 11 her birthday was may 12th her last name Riley and her mom eat her didn't feed her and her father was dead and she slept on the floor in her moma room because she wasn't allowed a bed and her mom house was big enough for her to have her own room she had a younger brother and sister that were twins and they had there own room she said my mom didn't like me and she cried I just hugged her and told her she safe now and I asked did she wanna take a bath she said yes she haven't had one in weeks,I shook my head so I got her a towel and a bath rag ran her water for her and she took her clothes off and I seen all kids of bruises on her old and new she got in the water I told her ima wash her clothes so she could have some to put back on.So I went into the laundry to wash her clothes I came back into the living and John ass was sitting in there watching tv I screamed and ask wtf dude wtf he laughed and said Marcus asked me to come here to make sure you'll were ok but I got side tracked and started watching tv.I just shook my head and laughed a little. We started talking and laughing so I asked him when will he get a girl friend and this fool said when dogs fly I laughed again then I heard Raina cal my name so I grabbed her clothes and gave them to her.When she was done she came down stairs John looked at her and she looked scared and he just told her I'm not going to hurt you she shook her head ok.Then there was a knock on the door and John got up and opened it,it was Marcus why did you knock he said because you got my house key remember o I said so how the hell john get in he just said I got my ways and blinked one eye.  So I seen a moving truck and I asked them what's all this and they said things for Raina she jumped up and ran to the door and jumped up and down that brought her another bed princess bed and a lot more thing for her room and the bed that was in her room Marcus put it into one of the other rooms he had without a bed room set in it and they brought her clothes and shoes and we set everything up so that night everyone was so tired so ever one left and we ordered pizza. Raina left with Marcus mom she wanted to get to know her it shocked me Raina left but she was just so happy so it was just me and Marcus I was laying on his shoulder watching a movie until the pizza came. So yaz how you feel about me Marcus asked out of the blue I looked up at him and said your ok for a light bright he laughed but I like you like a friend.His face changed and he didn't say nothing the door bell ring he got up and went to get the pizza. Then all of a sudden I heard boom boom.I ran to the door and all I could do is scream Marcus was shot in the stomach twice that I can see. I spoke and said Google call 9-1-1 please it calls and they came all I could do is cry.I gripped the car keys ran out the door and drove behind the ambulance as I was driving I called my brothers they were meeting me at the hospital and John m,I had to call John about 15 times before he called back he ask me what tf sis I said Marcus was shot at his house in front of me meet us at the hospital on  Jackson street. He said what happened yelling I said he opened the door to get our pizza and I heard shots and ran to the door and found him there.Shit he said under his breath he told somebody bitch move I'm omw and he hang up.I drove sobbing didn't know what to do when I arrived hope and Cole was already there and as I walked in John pulled up and ran up to us. They pulled Marcus from the back of the ambulance and looked horrible he was pale and it was so much blood so they rushed him in the back for surgery and we just sat there pacing back and fourth about four hours later the doctor came out and said the family of James branch we all stood up his mom came about two hours ago but the kids was with his aunt.Yes doctor we all said she said well James lost a lot of blood and he needs a blood transfusion his mom said his blood type is O- and I said mine is to so I said doctor you can use me.That's not all the doctor said and she asked what else he also needs a kidney transplant and she ask why and she told us that we didn't know he had kidney problems and we said no his mom was shocked so I said doctor if mines is a match from him use it. She said ok and we walked in the back and they ran some test and everything was a match so the next day I will be prep for surgery. God please bless us I said amen I prayed his mom said thank you to me and hugged me so I waiting until it was time for surgery in my room just thinking.I felt bad because I new I hurt Marcus feelings by saying we were just friends I really care about him my be even love him but I'm just to afraid to say something as I was thinking my bother hope walked in and hugged me and said Cole went home he had something to do and John went with him and Moma left already I said ok and he looked at me and said if you love him just tell him and I asked how do you know and he said I been new how you look at him and how he look at at you.He stood up kiss my forehead and told me he loved me and he will be back tomorrow and I said ok and he left out my room.I told my self when Marcus wakes up I'm Going to tell him how I feel.
