"Hi, Mom," Maddie greeted as her and Frankie walked into the Rooney kitchen. "We had the best day doing community service at the senior center."

"Helping people feels so great," Frankie smiled.

"Wow, girls! I'm so glad! Would you two help me set the table?" Karen asked. "Frankie, would you like to stay for dinner?"

"If you're offering, absolutely," Frankie told her.

"Ugh! I'm so tired," Maddie complained, trying to get out of helping.

"Well, I am so proud of you, Frankie, and Liv. But I'm surprised you guys and Liv didn't pick the same project."

"Yeah, well, I think Liv knows that the senior center is our turf. We've been there for two years."

"Also, it's all florescent lights," Frankie added. "She says it makes her look like she has the flu."

"Well, she was unbelievably excited about volunteering for Beautify Wisconsin," Karen said.

"Yeah, wait till she finds out what Beautify Wisconsin actually is," Maddie said. Just then, Liv walked in, her clothes and face dirty, with a trash poker in her hand.

"Turns out Beautify Wisconsin is not going door-to-door giving makeovers," Liv said. "I spent two hours in a ditch picking up everything that people threw out their cars, cigarette butts, potato chip bags, and most humiliating of all, the season 1 DVD of Sing It Loud."

"Okay, Silver Steppers, you are doing great," Maddie said as she and Frankie worked the senior center. It was excercise day.

"Now, remember, excercise reverses the aging process," Frankie annouced. "So pretty soon, you will all look 70 again."

"And if you get any younger than that, then you'll have to pay full price at the movie theater," Maddie told them. "Okay, get ready to switch stations. And go."

"Hey, if you really want to get their attention, yell 'Bingo.' They'll listen to anything you say after that," One of the old ladies informed Maddie.

MADDIE AND FRANKIE

"I love our Silver Steppers. I mean, they're a blast," Frankie smiled.

"And they don't think of me as one half of Liv and Maddie," Maddie added. "I'm just me, Maddie. Although they do keep calling me Addie, but, you know, you can't have everything."

"Maddie, Frankie, hi!" Liv squealed, walking into the senior center.

"Who's Maddie?" One of the ladies asked.

"Liv, what are you doing here?" Maddie asked. Frankie was a bit happier to see Liv but Maddie did not want her treading on their terf.

"I've decided to ditch the ditch," Liv told her. "I didn't even know that was gonna come out of my mouth until I said it. Oh, I'm adorable." Frankie just smiled at her as she continued coaching the group. "Anyway, I'm looking for a new community service idea, and I thought..."

"Uh, you can't volunteer here!" Maddie told her. "I already checked. There is a waiting list for volunteers. You should check with Mom. She will reassign you. I so wish we could do this together, you know? I just... We can't. It's such a bummer. It's so sad. Next station."
Maddie blew her whistle right in Liv's face.

"Four more," Frankie called out as she led jumping jacks with the group. "Three, two, one, and take a break."

"Don't need a break. Thanks to you and my titanium hips, I'm practically bionic," Janet told her, continuing on her jumping jacks.
