Story: Summoned at Tokitoki at the age of 13 but he was to mentally unstable for unkown cause even him doesn't remember, all he could remember was his age, not even his name. The Time Kaioshin sent him to earth where he was adopt by a retiree time patroller. During that time the young saiyan got rename Rikuto by the old time patroller and they start training when his mind was stable and he could live normally. When he got better, he say his goodbye to the old time patroller which he started to call granny and came back at conton city at the age of 19.
The time kaioshin make Rikuto go to the Time school (or whatever you call it) and spend 3 years learning what he needed to know about being a Time Patroller. The start was hard he mainly do some beginner quest (parallel quests) but got beat many time until he meet child Gohan and they start training which helped a lot Rikuto.
He met Cumber and Aspara a few weeks after they got summoned and the encounter was... Eventful. Rikuto and Cumber became rival without even knowing at that time. But he did became friend with Aspara, as they spend time together they both developed feelings for each others.
Rikuto dislike the old kai since he barley pays Rikuto for his missions, which make Rikuto nag the old kai at EACH missions he does.
Personality: Kind, Sarcastic, A bit greedy, Smart, forgiving, goofy, laid-back, sometimes overcondient.
Personality in battle: Serious, Focused Sometimes overcondient.
Power Level: As strong as Goku and Vegeta in the T.O.P.
