They make dimensions/existence/universes and rule secretly
They all also have the job that if a dimension is messed up say it's meeting it's end or if they just don't like it they can just get rid of the whole dimension entirely and move onto the next one. Even if they're all in one dimension there are still other dimensions they've created that they check up on.
