EN ANBAE PART - 5

Swasti was in her office working sincerely. In the afternoon she decided to meet Anika. So she took a half a day leave.

She took her scooty and reached Aadi's house around 2:30.

She knocked on the door, but there was no response, then she rang the bell, then also there was no response.

She noticed that the door was not locked but was closed simply. So she opened the door and was shocked to see Anika sitting on the floor holding her stomach due to the pain.

She rushed to her and helped her to sit on the couch.

Swasti: Akka, akka enna aachu akka?

Anika: Swasti ennala mudila da. Romba valikudhu. Ennaku romba bayam ah irruku ma. Ennala sutham ah mudila. AAH!! VALIKUDHU.

Swasti: Akka onnum illa ka. Bayapadathinga. Please azhadhinga ka.

Anika: Vali thaanga mudila Swasti. [She holded Swasti's hand tightly].

Swastu: Akka irunga ka naa Aadi ku call panren. [She took her mobile out and called Aadi, but he didnot pick up the call.] Psch Aadi please call ah attend pannunga. [She again tried for more than 4 times, but the call went unanswered]. Akka Aadi call edukala ka. Irunga naa mama ku call pannibpaakuren. [She then called Sai, who first declined the call but as she dialled him continuously he attended the call].

Sai: Hello Swasti ma. Enna aachu?

Swasti: Hello ma..ma. Mama mama [she was not able to complete her sentence. She was sobbing badly].

Sai: [with panicked voice] Swasti enna aachu nu sollu ma. En ipdi azhara? Enga ma irruka?

Swasti: Mama ipo na namba veetla dhan irruken. Seekram neenga kelambi vaanga mama. Akka...akka...

Sai: Anika ku enna aachu? Swasti azhama sollu, Anika ku enna aachu?

Swasti: Mama akka ku labour pain vandhuduchu. Ennaku romba bayam ah irruku nama. Neenga konjam seekram veetuku varingala?

Sai stood still at his place, he couldnot process anything. His world stopped for a moment.

Swasti: Mama mama hello, line la irrukingala? Hello. Seekram vaanga mama.

Sai: Dho.. dho varen ma.

He rushed out of the office, took his bike and reached home in another ten minutes.

Sai entered the house to see his lifeline suffering due to pain. He immediately rushed to her and lifted in bridal style.

Sai: Anika ma, inga paaru. Unnaku onnum aagadhu ma haan unnaku onnum aagadhu. Naa kuda iruken la.

He moved towards the car with her in his arms to go to the hospital.

Anika: Enga oru nimisham irunga. Avika ulla room la irruka.

Swasti: Mama neenga ponga naa papa va thookitu varen.

Sai noded at her and went towards the car, placed Anika at the backside, and sat at the driver seat. Swasti came running towards the car holding Anika abd got inside at the back seat.

Sai started the car and drove to the hospital.

On the way itself, he called the doctor and explained the situation.

So when they reached there, the doctor, nurses and the stretcher were ready.

He parked the car, lifted Anika placed her in the strecher.
