Hello! This is my first work here on Wattpad, and as you know it is a short-story involving Newt and Jacob. Before the story begins I'd like to add a few disclaimers.
1) This is entirely a work of fanfiction, so you won't find many "spoilers" here, but no promises. As this is fanfiction, I also want to say that obviously lots of this isn't canonical to the actual Fantastic Beasts universe, and any type of predictions for future films/books are coincidental.
2) This may include some implied forms of "shipping" or any other dynamic between characters you may not like, which I will add at the bottom if you would like to see them before reading.
3) There may be heavy themes of implied and or directly stated death, violence, and other topics. (I will NOT be including anything mature or 'NSFW', it makes me uncomfortable since these are great comfort characters of mine.)
4) Criticism is always welcome, but please always be friendly about it and to any other people you interact with here.

While Chapter Two is being worked on, I'm having a bit of trouble continuing forwards, and if anyone has suggestions I'm open to them! The cover is temporary, it's more in an experiment than permanent design. The title may also he changed.
