(So I got inspired by the Kid Icarus fandom on here as well as my friend Nico and her lunkhead charmer of an OC, Hermes, so I decided to make one too!

Here's my OC, Triton!
Since he's the messenger of the sea, and Poseidon's son, I thought it would be fun to make him to be Hermes' best friend.
I imagine him to be more lean than muscular, like most fish, as it helps with water resistance.
He's eons and eons of years old, because, ya know, god.
He also has the power to turn his tail into legs, and vice versa. He wears a long piece of cloth around his waist that resembles a fish tail when he's on land.
He has greenish hair, bluish skin and features, and barnacles on his shoulders (this is actually how Triton is described in Wikipedia, so I decided to add those features onto my Triton.)
He has a few gills on his neck and his upper shoulders.
He owns a conch shell he likes to play, and it's used for enchantment as well as attack, as it riles and calms the sea.
Instead of having a messenger bag like Hermes, he has a little pack he ties around his waist, as it helps with speed.

As for his personality, I headcanon him to be quite meek and shy, especially when meeting new people. The person he's most comfortable with, besides his immediate family, is Hermes. Also, he gets flustered very, VERY easily. He's a little skittish too, loud noises and other things like that startle him. But if you somehow push past all these factors that make it hard to get to know him, he's very loyal and lovable underneath. He cares a lot for marine life, and can often be found admiring the dance of mating seahorses or petting starfish. He also is a great person to ask for advice, as he's very intelligent and philosophized a lot as a child as he roamed the briny deep by himself.
