QUIRK :: Water Manipulation
It allows the user to control or manipulate up to two times the user's body weight by coating the user's arms in water. They can only control or manipulate a cup of water without covering their arms. The water manipulation quirk also allows the user to control any liquid containing the smallest quantity of water.
Water Manipulation quirk may lead to numbness in arms, headaches and fatigue if the quirk has been in use for more than 45 minutes straight.
