This story was formed from the imaginative minds of two of my friends, a product of their wishes and desires that the future has still yet to uphold. I was merely just someone who volunteered to put it into words. Though the novella may be a classic re-telling of the infamous love/hate relationship, I'd like to believe that it exists, and that it happens, to most of us.
In behalf of Sofia and David, this story is dedicated to all those who'd felt as if they'd lost control over their emotions, who'd mistaken their feelings for something else-to those who'd resorted into hiding what they truly feel behind a veiled disguise as result of the confusion that they carried within them.
May this novella help you in realizing the state at which your emotions lie. All it takes is a little courage to understand that what you really feel-what you thought you didn't feel-was just hidden beneath the crevices of your lion hearts.

Dani has known Bryce since her father had her seated beside him during their infancy stage, placing a four-month old baby Dani near a six-month old baby Bryce whose face was all covered with pie.
Though this may seem like the beginning of a young budding romance, this is not the case for Dani and Bryce, as the duo remains glued to the fact that they both despise each other, or so Dani thinks.
But things start to get messy when Steph, Dani's ultimate couple-shipping-fighter of a friend, devises a theory that may just state the plain obvious that Dani has always failed to see all along.
One that may be a little bit factual, and a whole lot illogical, but may just be the only way to let Dani know that:
the words we say, are never truly what we really feel.
