HANNA'S POV
I chuckled and threw the pillow at him. He laughed and threw it right back at me. "You know I'm right Elly." That makes me chuckle even more. He is right. The only guy that knows me so well. He knows how much I hate flowers that attracts bees, he know how much I love winter season, he knows things my Mum and obviously Dad doesn't. But, its not a lie I know much about him then he does about me.
"Unfortunately yes. Can we get back to work?"
He sneakers. "Which work? The one we're not getting paid for?"
I rolled eyes. "Whatever suits your plate Noah."
He groans and falls back flat on my bed. "Can we get some air?"
"You mean leave our homework and come back late? As usual?" I sighed and roll my eyes. Of course I never get my work done when I am with him. But I would do anything to spend more time with him. It has always been that way. Everytime we do our work together, Noah gets bored after nothing more than 30 minutes. Even though I love doing and completing my work. I just can't resist rejecting it, him. Every time he wants to go out and get something. I make sure we go together. We end up spending so much time outside and coming back in around 8 p.m. when he has to go back home and I end up staying late doing my homework......and maybe his. I used to shun his request two years back when my feelings for him wasn't so visible. But Noah never gave up looking for an excuse to leave his work and he definitely got surprised the first time I finally said 'yes' to leaving my school work not even half way done to go out and buy snacks while hanging around till late with him.
"Do you even have to ask buddy." He smirks and moves closer to ruffle my short brunette hair. My hair was shoulder length long.
"Hey!" I whined. He loves ruffling my hair but I hate it because of the tingles it gives me. But he'll never know.
"Ice cream?" He got off my bed and turns towards me with his hands in his track pants. He has an amazing tall height. Why won't the mean girls stare?
I got off the bed as well and faced him. "You know I would never say no." I smiled cheekily at him.
"You look ugly stop that." He says in a montoneuos tone. I scoff and hit his arm. He chuckles and wrap his arm around my shoulder. We both made our way out of my room and walked on a mission to the door.

"So I'm guessing you ended up staying up late to finish your work." Riley stops walking to turn towards me. "How does he get his work finished again?"
I narrowed my eyes at her. Of course she wanted me to say that out loud. "Riley, you of all people knows nothing is wrong helping my best friend out."
She sighs. "Everytime? As in, everyday?" She gives me a questioning look. I do end up helping Noah complete his work even though he didn't ask me. Noah would rather submit nothing than spend his precious night doing his work. He only takes his school work seriously when it comes to tests and exams. He takes studying seriousely and for assignments? He does them with me in the library. He takes them seriously as well. He hates homeworks because he feels like a waste of time when it doesn't count as much for the year marks. I help him with his homework to avoid him getting detention.
"Riley change of topic now." We got in our Science class lab.
She sighs. "I hate your soft heart. You might look cold and scary to people but you are so annoyingly incredibly soft. Ugh! Unbelieveable!" She rolls her eyes while taking out her text book from her bag and hitting it hard on the table. Yes, a good reason why I only have one friend besides Noah. Apperantly I give off a cold and savage vibe. I once heard that I was only left to be "rich" to be qualified in the 'Mean Girls' squad. But I don't find myself mean. I can be brutally honest and hate fake people that loves getting on people's nerves. I love standing for the victims of bullying but students here thinks I just love getting into random fights.
