Chapter 7

UH SORRY IVE BEEN GONE FOR SO LONG
ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ but I'm back to give y'all a chapter

-Nightmares POV-
It was Monday again the worst day of the week but maybe it won't be so bad if I get to see killer. I started getting ready when I heard a knock on the door, I quickly put my shirt on and went to answer the door. It was dream " I brought your lunch early since I had time to spare" he said " oh thanks" I though for a sec and said " I know I don't say this often but I appreciate you always making me lunch" I know its pathetic that I have my younger brother pack me lunch but I got accustomed to him packing me lunch. And plus I suck at packing lunch for myself. Dream started smiling really big and surprised me with a big hug " I'm happy to hear you say that, anyways you should probably finish getting ready before your late to work" and with that dream left. I finished getting ready and got in my car.

-Killers POV-
I didn't know what day it is I'm guessing it Monday since muffet left early, this gives me some time to think of ideas on how to escape.

-Time skip to a few minutes later-

-Nightmare POV-
I had gotten to school and started grading assignments from last Friday since i didn't get a chance during the weekend. Minutes passed and the bell was about to ring and killer still was no where to be seen, I had started to get worried that he wouldn't be coming to school. I sighed as the bell rang and students started coming in.

-hours later-

-Nightmares POV-
Hours have passed and killer never showed, but it was finally lunch break so I asked dream if we could eat lunch together. Me and dream met in his class and he was telling me about his day, I wasn't really paying attention since I was still wondering why killer didn't come to school cause he never missed a day, well apart from the one time he got sick. But even when he did get sick he sent me an email saying that he wouldn't be at school so I didn't worry but this time he told me nothing. "Nightmare are you even listening to me?" Dream said which interrupted my thoughts " oh- uh ya I'm listening" " ok then what did I just say" he said with a smirk "gee no wonder your students always complain to me about you" I said rolling my eyes " HEY! At lest I help them instead of telling them that I'm busy, no wonder kids always fail your class" " shut up one of them doesn't fail my class..." I started thinking of killer of again "ok seriously what's up with you today you keep zoning out" " it's just that killer didn't show up and I'm starting to get worried about him..." before dream could respond someone knock on the door. Muffet walks in "hey boys what are y'all doing here" I hate every time I hear her voice "Oh nightmare was telling me something that was bothering" dream said. I still haven't told him that me and muffet broke up, "oh what's bothering you nighty~" I hate it when she talks like that "it's nothing I'm just worried about someone that's all" I didn't want to make eye contact while talking to her, "oh come nighty tell me what's wrong" "ugh fine I'm just worried about killer he didn't come to school today which is unlikely of him".

-Muffets POV-
I asked nighty what was wrong which he gave me an answer that I wasn't pleased with, he's worried about killer how... disgusting. I guess the disgust was showing on my face because dream said " uh mrs.muffet whats with that face..." he asked as if he was thinking what I was thinking "oh nothing mr.dream, well I'm sure you have nothing to worry about night I'm sure he's fine..."

-Nightmares POV- (again)
Muffet knew something, I know she did she's giving off a very suspicious aura. That's it, I decided I'm following muffet home I know she did something... "well I have work to do, you two boys enjoy the rest of you lunch bye-bye" muffet said as she left I'm so glad that she did

-Time skip to after school-

-No ones POV-
It's after school and nightmare was waiting for muffet to leave the building so he could follow her home (that's sound rlly creepy😭). Once muffet exited the building nightmare made sure to stay out of sight, throughout the entire walk nightmare made sure not to look creepy or suspicious. Once muffet got home she looked around for a few seconds before opening the door.

-Few minutes before muffet opened the door-

-Killers POV-
After I gave up of trying to come up with a plan to escape I saw some scissors in the corner of my eye. I used whatever magic I had left to grab ten scissors and cut the rope, as I was cutting the rope I heard the front door starting to open. I tried to go faster and finally cut the rope, I then heard footsteps coming close to the basement door. I tried my best to use my last bit of strength to climb to the window but I failed and muffet caught me "WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING!!" She used a web to grab me. "PLEASE DONT HURT ME PLEASE NO!!" I was begged disparate as tears formed again "OH IM GOING TO DO A LOT MORE THAN HURT YOU!"

-Nightmares POV-

I called the police as I heard screams, after telling the officer what was happening they told me they would be there in 6 minutes. I hung up and ran towards the house, but I couldn't get in because she locked the door. "Damn" I whispered between my breath, I didn't have time for this so I just broke down the door. Once the door was down I sprinted towards all the noise, thankfully this door wasn't locked so I ran down the flight of stairs in seconds. I couldn't waste a single second, as soon as I got there I saw something that will never leave my mind. Killer was on the ground bleeding, barely alive and there stood muffet as she continued to beat him up. "WTF ARE YOU DOING TO HIM?!?!?!" She turned to me and turned pale "N-Nighty what are you doing here?!?! Please it's not what it looks like" I was beyond furious "IF ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE THEN WHAT ELSE IS IT?!?!" I was done asking I quickly grabbed killer with one of my tentacles that come out as my goopy form was showing. I then grabbed muffet and threw to the wall hard enough to knock her out. Her being hurt wasn't the least of my worries, my biggest worry was that killer wasn't dead. I began to us healing magic while checking for any sort of sign that he was still alive. Eventually I saw very little movement, "god please.....please don't die" I whispered as I was desperately holding back tears. Soon I heard the cops along with an ambulance, the cops arrested muffet and I went with the ambulance that was taking killer. I didn't trust that they would do their job correctly, I didn't trust anyone with killer due to the state that he was in.

IM SO SO SORRY THAT THIS TOOK ME YEARS TO POST AGAIN 😭😭
I'm trying but I feel like this chapter is rlly cringe and they are probably going to get more cringe but bye the next update will be soon I promise
