Weeks pass as I vanish from UA to 'work on' something for the class. Really, I was just trying to make a ball Barry told me about and I think I've figured it out.
"Ok, test 429 of the Quantum Ball, begin!"
I drop the ball in the middle of the room and it bounces to the side, as I watch the ball bounces randomly. An hour goes by and I see no pattern.
Five hours later I catch the ball.
"Test complete! Quantum Ball is operational and functions as intended"
I grab the box of Velocity 9 vials and Run to UA with them and a case filled with rings.
I Flash into the middle of the Common Area where everyone was sitting watching a movie.
"Guys, I got something big!" I say, interrupting them.
"What is it Midoriya?" Kirishima asks pausing the movie.
"You guys know how I've been working on something for a few weeks now?" They nod. "I've spent the majority of the time in Flashtime, what I do when I accelerate my thoughts to absurd levels. I've been working on a way for you guys to have a way of accessing the Speed Force in an emergency and I think I've done it"
"What!?" Denki and Mina start dancing.
"Yeah, but it comes with severe drawbacks, like, life-threatening ones" that dampened the mood considerably. "You can only use it once a month minimum, and after use you will be bedridden for a week minimum. See, it causes cellular degeneration. And is highly addictive"
"What do you mean Midoriya?" Mineta asks.
"Well, I call it Velocity 9, there were 8 prior versions that killed the mice I tested on. It's nickname is the Speed Force Drug, because it's addictive, but as it's a temporary and artificial connection you won't have the protective aura Momo and I have. Go to fast and you tear apart I also made Speedster suits for you all"
I toss each ring to the owner and they all punched forwards.
Mina had pink, Denki yellow, Mineta purple, Sato orange, Sero black, Kirishima red, Jirou purple, Hagakure White and Bakugo orange. Tokoyami was black, Ojiro white, Tsu green, Uraraka pink, Aoyama white, Shoji dark blue and Koda has an orange suit.
"Uraraka, Mineta, I was hesitant to give you these because you cheated on me Uraraka and you are a pervert Mineta, but I don't discriminate against others, just know that if I find any of you to be misusing the Velocity 9 I will stop supplying you with it.and to use it during class I still have to get permission"
I Run to Nezu's office and was sitting in his chair looking into his eyes in a blink, he doesn't react.
"You know why I'm here?" I ask.
"Yes, can it heal people?"
"Yes but the amount to heal All Might for example, you take 10 or so doses. That much would tear him" I pull out my phone. "Gideon, show Nezu a Velocity 9 death"
"Confirmed, will Trajectory be sufficient?"
"Perfectly Gideon"
I hand the phone to Nezu and watch his face fill with Horror.
"That is a woman who has no clue what Velocity 9 did to her body. She gained a split personality that forced her to commit crimes. As long as a user uses it sparingly this will not happen to them. She was addicted to it and neither could, nor would stop, she knew where to get it. And how to get to it. Nobody knows where my Bunker is, hey cannot get more, nor can it be reverse engineered, because when it's ready it becomes raw Speed Force energy in a bottle"
"You're sure of this?"
"Flash himself told me once a month was safe"
"Very well, but supply me with 11 samples to heal All Might with, I'll store them myself. The students may use the Velocity 9 in their class tomorrow morning"
"Very well. You mustn't let him know that you have any spare"
I Flash out and back with a second case of 12 vials. I hand one to Nezu.
"For your emergency usage, use it wisely Principal" I leave and enter the dorms.
"So? How was it?" Mina asks, still in her costume.
"Permission granted for tomorrow morning in Heroics Class"
"Woohoo!"
It was exactly 10 minutes later Momo and Bakugo came in.
"Deku, I thought you said we Quirk users can't use the Speed Force!"
"You can't, not permanently like us. Velocity 9 however isn't a true Speed Force connection like you know of. This stuff gives blue or white Lightning, Lightning of Greed. One of the three evilish Speed Force Lightning's I carry. Greed, Corruption and Rage. Blue/White, Green and Red. Red is the manifestation of the Negative Speed Force, I hold it. The Green is Lightning that kills it's user in 24 hours and can infect other Speedsters. Non Speedsters are immune. Blue has a Voom effect and makes the user crave more Speed, addiction at it's core"
"And your letting our class use it!?"
"I can control you all, the Negative Speed Force allows me to negate other Speedsters, the class can't beat me based off that alone. The is my immense max Speed over theirs and my experience, they can't win"
"What of me then?"
"One For All will reject it true, but you don't use it so it will fall in on itself and hide. And you are Greedy, but Rage is your true Speed Force colour, your Greed will never overcome the Rage within you"
"I still don't think this is a good idea Izuku" He used my real name, letting me know he really means it.
"I trust most of the class, the others I'll keep an eye on" Bakugo walks out.
"You better know what you're doing Zuzu" Momo looks worried.
"You worried about a Zoom appearing? He has, that's why I'm keeping the Velocity 9 in the class, so I know who has access rather than the alternative where I have no clue who it is, it is male however"
She just looked more troubled. I never gave her Velocity 9 as it will continuously degrade her cells.
