01 | Meeting

As Louis and I stepped into the room, all the attention goes to us, well mostly me of course. "My dear, we need to talk. Urgently Amelia" My father says. Louis stops at the door as I walk towards my father, "What do you need dad?" I say. My father smiled at me, "I found who you need to marry, mi querido". I stared at him blankly

What is he thinking!? I told him I didn't want to marry anyone. " DAD! I don't to marry some stupid rich man", you say. my father points his hand towards the door and says "Well, his looks and personality will change your mind, I'm sure", as a young business man walks in. He was the ugliest man I've ever set eye on. "Hello darling, I'm Julio. I'm your husband to be", He says. Husband to be my ass! Who do he think he is? I storm out as Louis follows.

I storm to my room and stop, "He sounds like such a dork Louis!", I shout. " I know Miss Gonzalez but it's what your father wants" Louis mutters. Is he really gonna listen to my father? What an idiot. I turned to look at Louis, he's the one I want. He stood there, handsome and all, his buttons barely holding on, he's just perfect.

"Why can't you tell him Louis! Tell him that I don't want to get married to some rich entitled brat. ", I say. Louis walks over to me and hugs me, "I know you don't want to marry him, it's unfair to you", He mutters. Gosh I love him, he's just so understanding. I shove my head into his shoulder, " Thanks Louis but it's no use"

Louis just stands there, hugging me tightly. I don't let go, it's too warm.

"You need to go to bed Miss Gonzalez, it's late", he says, interrupting the sweet silence.

I shower and get into my pajamas, I lay down and rest for the night
