This is just an alternate plot, 'coz I don't believe they ended up together. Hehe.
THE STORY:
Jerry and Agnes walked into the sunset... and found themselves walking separate paths, into different lives.
Lives they never really considered they would have.
Jerry, in Manila, definitely rose up the ranks to become an executive in one of the most renowned advertising agencies in the country. Sure, he surely was headed there, except that he's now a single father to five-year-old Alie, his chinita princess, looking every bit like her mother every day.
Thousands of miles away, in San Francisco, is Agnes, equally successful in real estate. Sure, she was headed there, too, after making a name for herself there and in Florida. Except that she's now divorced, child-less, living alone in an abode that suddenly feels too big.
They've remained friends, but didn't push to be so close since Agnes started going out - and eventually, marrying - David. These days most of the interaction happens on Facebook.
Then, a family gathering brings Agnes back to the city she used to call home.
