LOADING FILES FOR SCP-CRF AND CAT RESEARCH FACILITIES

CAT Research Facilities is a multi-building complex that has entrances all over the world and buildings situated underneath critical databases and Sites. These buildings, to people who hate, used to, or don't own a cat will only see a toxic wasteland, with a sign on a boarded-up door saying 'DON'T COME IN, HEAVILY UNSAFE.' However, to Cat-likers(only if they have a cat, see Addendum-1[NOT ON PUBLIC FILES])and cat owners, they will be able to see AND interact with the facility. This facility, to those that like and own a cat, is comprised of at least 50 rooms, all dedicated to the aspects of what's above them. If such is unavailable, it is instead an entire generation facility, with a reactor in the very center of it, based on the so-called 'Mr.Cat's Warp theory', which is proven correct.

The inner-workings of such a concept have been produced with SCP-914 (see Experiment 1) as there was a sudden vacuum effect in its intake and output.

Discovery

CAT Research Facilities was found after Twitter user Elon Musk had posted online about a 'Doorway' having appeared in the SN18's containment block at around 0230 Hours. When inspecting it, he was able to find a handle that allowed him in. He saw an entire facility, sitting underneath his Starbase. He then posted this online with the Caption of 'Ayo, someone left their underground base here? Come claim it for free!'. This post was then commented on, 3 minutes after it was posted, by an unknown user named 'Mr. Cat'. Mr. Cat said 'So THAT's where it was! Thanks, bro, you really saved me there on that one. I was gonna have to explode it if I didn't find it within a day. Thanks! :D' to which Musk replied: 'Oh it's nothing! Come by at around 3 PM!'. This tweet was seen by multiple government agencies, who attempted to get there before this so-called 'Mr. Cat', but Mr. Cat had already moved the entrance from where it originally was. Since only the government agents, Mr. Cat, and Elom Musk had seen it, only 20 people had to be amnesicized. However, Mr. Cat was untraceable. No DOB, no house records, cars owned, Foundation files, government files, even family files. Nothing. Only a Twitter account and a Youtube account were found and tracked. Along with a casual 1,457 Facilities situated throughout the world, including all foundation bases (yes, including all secret ones) and main government buildings. On August 12, 2015, Dr. Clef recorded what appeared to be a yellow Viper following him on a desolate forest road, leading to the Foundation. He made the car follow him, where they then boxed him in, and pulled the driver, known as Mr. Cat, out of the car.

Containment Procedures

Mr. Cat (SCP-CRF-1) is to be contained in a new york-like apartment, with ample room for a Racing Chair system he had on him when he was pulled out. This room is to have no windows to anywhere, as to give Mr. Cat a way to escape. The previous sentence is false, as Mr. Cat's room now requires 8 Reality Anchors just to keep his immense powers inside his room. See addendum-2 for more details. This, along with a Faraday Cage, will keep him happy. Heavily monitored Internet Access has been granted by O5-3, so that he can play games he has on his gaming system, including a copy of Roblox, KSP, and Beamng.Drive, and mods situated with them. As of August 12, 2019, it is required to be connected to a separate manual generator due to Addendum-3.
